CrossFit Kokomo has been a CrossFit affiliate since February 1, 2016 and we have made a direct impact on the city of Kokomo. Our core values are to support, empower, and serve and we strive to live those out every single day!... Hi, my name is Rebekah Monroe-Boley and I joined CFK as a Coach in July 2022 and have been part of the CrossFit community for the last 9 years. I have always been passionate about fitness and pushing my limits. Over the last 20 years I have ventured into about every fitness training realm possible from group fitness classes, weightlifting, marathon & triathlon training to obstacle course races, but none of those encapsulate the total fitness experience like CrossFit does. I have an awesome husband, Jim and we have been blessed with a blended family of four amazing kiddos, Tanner, Ethan, Konner, Sydnie and my fur baby Mumford. In coaching at CKF, I am constantly inspired by all of our members and I am fortunate to be part of their fitness journey... Hey..
