While attending Law school, Alicia served as Assistant Editor-in-chief for the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review. As a staff member she published a comment on the intersection of transactional law and tribal law.
Having initially worked as an attorney at Dias Law Firm, Alicia currently serves in the role Of Counsel, so whilst no longer trying cases, remains vital member of the legal team providing advice and analysis on cases and to the firm.
Alyssa T. Ransom grew up in Visalia, California, and graduated from Mount Whitney High School.
Alyssa attended U.C. Berkeley, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Alyssa moved to Missouri and attended Saint Louis University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2021.
While attending SLU Law, Alyssa served the American Bar Association Journal for Labor and Employment Law and received the award for Managing Editor of the Year. Alyssa is a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi.

David M. Lange was raised in Fresno and settled in Visalia after a career in the US Air Force. He completed his bachelor's degree in computer science at Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, graduating cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California.
Prior to joining the Dias Law Firm, David was a solo practitioner in Visalia, representing clients in diverse issues including family law, estate planning, probate, criminal, debt collection, bankruptcy, eviction, adoption, conservatorship, and guardianship matters. He also worked for Tulare County's Department of Child Support Services, where he represented the state's interest in establishing and enforcing child support orders.
David is a former director of the Tulare County Bar Association. He supports the Tulare County Office of Education's high school mock trial program by volunteering as a coach.

Originally from Juneau, Alaska, Ella R. Floresca relocated to California where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice, with a minor in Business Administration, from California State University, San Jose.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Ella then moved to Clovis, California and attended San Joaquin College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in 2004. While in law school, Ella was an active member of the La Raza Association and held the position of Master of the Ritual as an officer for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
An active member of the Kings County Bar Association, Ella focuses her practice on Business Law, Real Property, Contract Law, and Civil Litigation.

After graduating from Hanford High School, Jimmy would attend the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society. After graduation Jimmy decided to get his teaching credentials from Chapman University in the disciplines of English and Social Sciences.
Jimmy would then go on to receive his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law. Upon graduation he was one of Founder Michael A. Dias' initial hires and has witnessed Dias Law Firm go through a tremendous amount of growth as he continues to provide legal analysis and assist in consultations for the firm focusing on Personal Injury Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation.

Jonette M. Montgomery came to Dias Law Firm, Inc. in 2006 having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from California State University at Fresno where she graduated Cum Laude in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law in 2003.
Mrs. Montgomery has gone on to become a shareholder in Dias Law Firm, Inc and practices law in the counties of Kings, Tulare and Fresno, where she specializes in business law, civil law, estate planning, probate and trusts, real estate law, family law and juvenile dependency law.
As well as being an active member of the Kings County Bar Association and a member of Tulare-Kings County Estate Planning Council, Jonette has been a member of the Parent Advisory Committee for the Pioneer Union Elementary School District and is an honorary member of the Kings Guild of Children's Hospital of Central California.

Leonardo has cultivated a broad spectrum of knowledge across various practice areas. His experience encompasses civil litigation, contract law, education law, eminent domain, employment law, real estate law, and transactional law. This comprehensive expertise allows him to effectively navigate complex legal challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of his clients.
Before transitioning into the legal profession, Leonardo worked in marketing and IT departments with various organizations. In the marketing realm, his focus revolved around fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape brand messaging, nurturing client relationships, and providing oversight to ensure weekly objectives were achieved within other departments. In the IT domain, Leonardo took charge of ensuring up-to-date account information on databases, meticulously reviewing data for any discrepancies, and meticulously processing account source documents.
Leonardo's ability to promote transparency has progressed throughout his educational career, now complemented by his legal education and professional experience. Leonardo has effectively applied these skills by contributing his writing expertise to a diverse range of organizations, including non-profit organizations, government entities, and private firm/corporations.

Founding Partner Michael A. Dias started Dias Law Firm, Inc. in 1996, determined to serve the needs of the community he grew up in.
The son of dairy farmers in California's Central Valley, Michael's roots run deep in the valley and in agriculture; his childhood was spent helping his parents run the family dairy, before leaving to attend California State University at Fresno to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and then on to San Joaquin College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and was a member of Alpha Gamma Epsilon Law Fraternity.
Throughout college and law school Michael A. Dias managed a sizable dairy and farming business, and today in addition to practicing law he successfully runs his own farming and agricultural spraying businesses so he also great resources to work in his law career from businesses as the national pardon centre, so he can manage to do all the things effectively. His first hand experience as a farmer, dairyman and businessman have given Mr. Dias valuable insight into the legal needs of the Valley's agricultural and business community.
