Al joined The Harry A. Koch Co. in 1984. He has implemented a successful program for Ralston Purina Feed Dealers in Kansas and Missouri. He moved to Omaha from Kansas City in 1985. In 1988, Al was promoted to Vice President in commercial lines insurance. In 1989, Al became a licensed insurance consultant in Nebraska. In 2013, he was promoted to Senior Vice President. He now serves as Vice President and Sales Executive at FNIC.
Alec holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Loyola University in Chicago. He is also a proud graduate of Creighton Prep High School. As a trusted partner for clients, Alec brings the characteristics of integrity, a strong work ethic, and shared vision and values to the table when working with his clients. He takes pride in his long-standing business relationships. Active in the business of risk management, Alec understands the importance of knowing his clients' business operations, company culture, risk tolerance, and short and long-term goals. As a licensed insurance professional and part of the FNIC team, Alec uses the knowledge of his client's businesses to identify risks and design an insurance program to meet his client's strategic goals.
Outside of work, Alec volunteers his time to coach his children's athletics, plays softball, enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his wife Talia and their four children.

Amy began her career in insurance with Nationwide, where she held various leadership roles in Underwriting, Service, and Sales, including roles as AVP of Underwriting and AVP of Sales. Her experience also includes seven years at Continental Western Group where she held the role of Regional Vice President. At FNIC, Amy enjoys the opportunity to make an impact; from assessing a client's risk, to developing an insurance program, all in support of her clients and peers.
Amy has been active with the United Way for her entire professional career currently; she is serving on the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County Women in Philanthropy Board. Amy enjoys watching her sons play baseball, in addition to watching Husker football, and finding time for fitness.

With almost 30 years of experience in the commercial lines insurance industry, Bill joined The Koch Co., now FNIC, in 2008 as a Sales Executive. He was promoted to Vice President in 2010, which coincided with his increased experience and responsibility in consulting efforts for large Midwest clients. He is instrumental in designing and implementing transition plans for clients moving to comprehensive insurance programs. Regularly serving as an advisor to CEOs and boards of several large companies in Nebraska, Bill advises on a wide range of workers' compensation, product liability, safety, and overall insurance program issues.
Bill is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and an Associate in Risk Management. His community involvement includes Leadership Omaha (class 22), Make-A-Wish Foundation, Creighton Prep Alumni Council, Social Settlement, CUES, Hawthorne Homeowners Association, Arsenal Soccer, and the St. Stephen the Martyr parish.

Growing up in a small town in Nebraska, then graduating from UNL, Clint began his professional career starting and owning a fencing company where his natural ability to lead turned his company into a success. During this time, he learned how hard work and determination can create prosperity. He was referred to the insurance industry through clients of the company and a recommendation from a friend. This proved to be the right move as Clint enjoys the insurance industry where he can meet new people and develop long-term relationships. Clint understands his clients' time is valuable and knows the impact designing relevant insurance program can have on a company's business goals. Clint has over 15 years of insurance sales experience specializing in the agriculture and contractor industries.
Clint also enjoys spending valuable time with his wife and kids, especially during their many sporting events and trips to the lake. Clint has coached many youth activities and is an active member in his church.
Clyde has 15 years of insurance sales and service experience in addition to a background in safety, manufacturing, and governmental compliance. At FNIC, he works with clients to protect the assets they have worked hard to build by conducting business the way he would expect it from others; with trust, honesty, and responsiveness. Clyde also leads and mentors the sales team as they grow new business.
Clyde is actively involved with AGC Heavy Highway, NUCA, ABC and other construction associations. He has been a volunteer with Junior Achievement and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Midlands and participated in Dance for a Chance for Youth Emergency Services.
Cole Goslar is a driven and detail-oriented business professional with a passion for helping others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Sport Business from Buena Vista University.
Cole enjoys the diverse challenges of the insurance industry and enjoys writing new business and helping current clients. He is an active individual with hobbies like running, dog running, and heavy equipment maintenance. Passionate about the industry, Cole is committed to education and growth, and plans to be more involved in the community. As a Sales Executive at FNIC, Cole's drive, dedication, and passion make him a valuable asset.
Dave Jesse - Chief Commercial Officer
Dave Jesse joined The Harry A. Koch Co. in 1989 and has grown to become a leader in our organization. He became manager of the bond department a few years after joining us, and was soon able to expand his leadership to the professional liability program and our construction division. Dave continues to provide overall leadership and shape the strategic direction of The Koch Co. through his position as Chief Operating Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors.
Dave's leadership has extended beyond The Koch Co. as an active associate member of the AIA and ACEC. In 2006 and 2010, Dave participated in the Negotiated Rulemaking Committee of the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects, representing the insurance industry. As a past recipient of a National Insurance Scholarship for Continuing Education, Dave has conducted a number of educational seminars to the Architectural and Engineering colleges at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and Omaha on risk management and insurance issues.

David earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and had plans to become an FBI agent or US Marshal. In 1997, he began working in risk management when Clarkson Hospital and University Hospital merged. David was asked if he was interested in integrating the property and casualty insurance and claims management program for the newly merged organization. He accepted the role ready to learn a new field. He was with Nebraska Medicine for the last 25 years as their Transferred Risk and Claims Manager. He joined FNIC in 2022 as a Sales Associate on the healthcare team, sharing his risk management and claims experience with clients. David finds teaching and consulting on medico-legal issues, the litigation process, and claims to be a rewarding part of his position.
David is a past Board Secretary and Board Chairman of VODEC, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides life-enriching services for people with disabilities. He is also one of the founding board members and former scholarship chair of Kids' Chance of Nebraska, whose mission is to provide scholarships to the children of Nebraska workers who have been severely or fatally injured in an employment related accident. Outside of work David enjoys fishing, hunting, reading, watching volleyball, and cooking especially when it involves a grill or smoker. Did we mention he likes to fish? He enjoys it so much we had to include it twice.
Dawn Butler, formerly of Sibley Insurance Agency, began her career with FNIC in 1987. She obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1997 and is licensed to sell insurance in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. She has received awards for Top Producer, Grow Your Business Achievement, and Annuity and Life Insurance sales. She is a member of KHI Solutions and the National Association of Health Underwriters. In 2012, she became the location leader in Sibley, and in 2017, she was chosen as the state director in Iowa and South Dakota. In 2021, she was appointed Vice President of FNIC.
