Ashley Schulten, Managing Director, is the Head of ESG Investment, within Global Fixed Income at BlackRock. Ms. Schulten is a portfolio manager on ESG tilted funds and leads sustainable investing efforts within the fixed income division. She sits on the Fixed Income Executive Committee, the firms' Voting Issues Advisory Committee, and the BlackRock Sustainability Operating Council. Additionally, she has served on the ExCom of the ICMA Green Bond Principles since inception. Previous to BlackRock, Ms. Schulten spent 20 years as a sell side interest rate and options trader, most recently at Goldman Sachs. She is an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow and a trustee of the Mianus River Gorge, the first land conservancy project for the Nature Conservancy.

Curtis Ravenel

Curtis Ravenel is a Senior Advisor to former Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, COP26 Finance Advisor and UN Special Envoy for Climate Finance and a founding member of the Secretariat for the Financial Stability Board's Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). He also serves as a Distinguished Fellow in Sustainable Finance at ClimateWorks Foundation and as a Strategic Advisor to Context Labs BV. Curtis founded the Sustainable Business & Finance Group at Bloomberg LP and served as its Global Head from 2007-2019. Under his leadership, Bloomberg integrated sustainability considerations into the firm's operations globally and developed strategies to leverage Bloomberg's Enterprise Products to evaluate sustainability-related risks and opportunities for its user base of finance professionals and other influential decision-makers. Prior to his role as Global Head of Sustainable Business & Finance, Curtis served as Financial Controller for Asia, managing accounting, tax, treasury and audit services for 23 legal entities with combined annual revenues exceeding $1billion USD. This was preceded by leadership roles in the Capital Planning and Financial Analysis Groups. Earlier in his career, Curtis co-managed a small real estate development group, founded a microbrewery and worked with the Recycling Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. conducting Full Cost Accounting and Life Cycle Analysis work. He was awarded a David Rockefeller Fellowship with the Partnership for New York City in 2011, appointed by the Obama Administration to serve on the US chapter of the G8 Advisory Board on Impact Investing in 2013 and received the Columbia Business School Exemplary Leadership Award in 2016. She advises the Board and senior management on emerging environmental and climate change trends and represents BHP Billiton in engagements with both national and international stakeholders, including NGOs, academics, industry associations, governments and investors. She leads the implementation of BHP Billiton's climate change strategy, including activities in the areas of mitigation, adaptation, portfolio evaluation, stakeholder engagement and low emissions technology. Jeff Stehm

Jeff Stehm is a consultant for the TCFD Secretariat. He has served on the Secretariat for the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) since 2015. His primary focus within the Secretariat has been the use of scenario analysis and climate-related metrics in the context of the TCFD recommendations. Jeff was previously a Director at the regulatory and risk management consulting firm Promontory Financial Group. Before joining Promontory, Jeff worked for 30 years at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. From 2010-2014, he was a Senior Associate Director with responsibility for the Financial Market Infrastructure, Financial Risk Management, and Quantitative Risk Analysis programs. From 1995-2010, he held successive officer and manager positions in various payment policy functions. He began his career at the Federal Reserve in 1983. He served as a Presidential Management Intern (currently the Presidential Management Fellows) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1982-1983. She also developed methane reduction projects in the mining and oil & gas industries with Verdeo Group. In addition to identifying and evaluating project development opportunities, she managed activities related to the certification of carbon assets, and served as the company's expert on U.S. and international climate and energy policy. She also developed renewable energy and methane reduction projects with Econergy International, an independent power producer with assets in Latin America and the U.S., which was acquired by GDF Suez. She began her career with the Surdna Foundation's environmental team, providing grants to nonprofit organizations supporting sustainable forestry, smart growth, renewable energy and market-based solutions to climate change. Mark Lewis

Martin Skancke

Martin was appointed PRI Association Board director Chair in April 2014. He developed and headed the Asset Management Department of the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. The department is responsible for the management of the Government Pension Fund, with assets of over US$ 800 billion. Martin served as Director General to the Norwegian Prime Minister and head of the Domestic Policy Department between 2002 and 2006. In this role, he was chief advisor to the Prime Minister of Norway on economic policy issues. Prior to this he worked for more than a decade on macroeconomic policy issues, including serving as Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Finance and head of the Section for Monetary Policy and Public Finances. Martin has also worked at the Oslo office of McKinsey & Co, advising Norwegian and international companies on business strategy issues. Mary Draves

As chief sustainability officer and vice president of Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) for Dow, Mary Draves is passionate about using science, innovation and collaboration to drive transformative and sustainable change. Priority areas include solutions for a circular economy, climate change, sustainable chemistry and incorporating nature into business decisions. Draves previously led Dow's groundbreaking Valuing Nature Goal, which represents the firstever commitment by a corporation to formerly factor nature into its business decisions. Under her leadership, Dow has enjoyed a highly productive collaboration with The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Together with TNC, she and her team have helped pioneer tools and create a cultural shift that are enabling Dow sites to make a compelling business case for adopting nature-based project solutions. Dow's aim is to identify $1 billion worth of value to Dow from projects that enhance nature by 2025. Since launching the goal in 2015, the Company has realized about $275 million of value in nature-based decisions. During her three decades at Dow, Draves has built a reputation for being an effective and collaborative leader who helps inspire commitment in her teams and attain results. She is a recipient of the Olympus Award, Dow's highest recognition for excellence in people leadership. Mary L. Schapiro

Mary L. Schapiro is the Vice Chair for Global Public Policy of Bloomberg, the global financial technology company that was founded in 1981. She has been at Bloomberg since October 2018, and also serves as a Special Advisor to the Founder and Chairman. Ms. Schapiro, who has had a distinguished career as a financial services regulator under four U.S. presidents from both political parties, oversees Bloomberg's public policy and regulatory priorities globally. Her service as the 29th SEC Chair culminated decades of regulatory leadership. She is the first woman to serve as SEC Chair, and the only person to have served as chair of the SEC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). During her four years as SEC Chair, Ms. Schapiro presided over one of the busiest rulemaking agendas in the SEC's history, during which the agency also executed a comprehensive restructuring program to improve protections for investors and pursued aggressive enforcement of the federal securities laws. Mr. Koushik Chatterjee

Mr. Koushik Chatterjee joined Tata Steel in 1995. During his stint in the Company, he worked in the areas of Corporate Finance and Planning. Richard Cantor

Rosanna Fusco

Rosanna Fusco currently serves as Head of Climate Change Strategy and Positioning in the CFO Executive Office at Eni. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of environmental and climate sustainability, strategy and operations. She has been involved in many international initiatives and business associations focused on environmental and climate issues. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of OGCI and IPIECA and is co-chair of the Steering Team of the Climate and Clean Air Oil&Gas Methane partnership promoted by UNEP. Rosanna Fusco has a degree in Chemistry at the University of Naples. She was a visiting researcher at EMBL in Heidelberg and at the University of Groningen in Holland. She joined the R&D Eni center in the 1990s, where in the last 5 years she was Project Manager for many environmental projects in the field of atmospheric emissions as well as water and soil remediation. Russell Picot

Russell Picot is the former Group Chief Accounting Officer at HSBC. He joined HSBC in 1993 and was appointed a Group General Manager in 2003. He has a strong personal interest in Sustainability issues and spearheaded the involvement of the Finance function of HSBC with the group's sustainability programmes as part of their professional development. He is also a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council and prior to this worked extensively to establish the Prince of Wales' Accounting for Sustainability Project. He is a director of LifeSight, the Willis Towers Watson UK DC MasterTrust where he chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Prior to this, he was a director of HSBC ‘s UK Pension Scheme Trustee for almost 15 years during which time he chaired the Audit and Risk Committee and latterly the Asset and Liability Committee. Russell was one of the co-chairs for the FSB's Enhanced Disclosure Task Force which was formed in May 2012 and published its report in October that year. The EDTF published annual updates including its most recent report covering the Impact of Expected Credit Loss Approaches on Bank Risk Disclosures. Russell is a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales and holds a MA in Mathematics from St.John's College, Cambridge.

Stacy Coleman

Stacy Coleman has served on the Secretariat for the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) since 2015. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Stacy spent over eight years at the regulatory and risk management consulting firm Promontory Financial Group as a Managing Director. Before joining Promontory, Stacy worked for almost 20 years in the Federal Reserve System, holding various leadership positions. She worked on a range of policy and supervisory issues related to operational risk and payment systems. Most recently, she was head of the operational risk department in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's financial institution supervision group. Stacy earlier led the New York Fed's financial infrastructure department, working with major market participants and other domestic and foreign supervisors on improving risk management practices in the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets. She co-chaired the Financial Stability Board's OTC Derivatives Working Group from 2010-2011, contributing to its October 2010 report, "Implementing OTC Derivatives Market Reforms." Before joining the New York Fed, Stacy led the risk and policy and the credit risk management departments in the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond's banking supervision group, where she was responsible for a team of risk examiners and built a quantitative-analysis team to review banks' internal models used for Basel II. At the Richmond Fed, she was also responsible for Federal Reserve lending to depository institutions through the discount window. Stacy was previously an assistant director at the Federal Reserve Board, where she led and participated in several policy initiatives on a wide range of topics including Basel II capital for operational risk, operational resiliency of financial markets, credit extensions, and payment system risk. Stacy also served as the Federal Reserve Board's representative to the operational risk subgroup of the Accord Implementation Group (under the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) from 2004-2007 and was responsible for drafting the operational risk sections of the Basel II rule, working closely with other federal regulatory agencies.

Steve founded the Sustainable Stock Exchange initiative as well as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Coalition, which is aiming to catalyze a UN Convention promoting enhanced corporate transparency and integrated reporting. His work became a case study in the Harvard Business School MBA in 2012. Steve received the Leadership in Sustainability award from the Corporation of London in 2013, and he became an Ambassador for the International Integrated Reporting Council. He was a member of the UK Government delegation to the UN Rio+20 meeting in 2012, and a member of the European Commission's expert groups on corporate governance and corporate responsibility. In 2011 he received the Yale Rising Star in Corporate Governance Award, and he was among the Financial News Top 100 Rising Stars in 2009. Steve was on the board of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance association (UKSIF) from 2003 to 2010, serving as its Chairman from 2006. He was also part of the expert group that wrote the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment. Steve is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst institute, has a degree in Economics and a PhD in sustainable finance. He is a faculty member at the International Corporate Governance Network as well as the Cambridge University Programme for Sustainability Leadership.

Takehiro Fujimura has been the General Manager of the Corporate Sustainability Department at Mitsubishi Corporation since April 2016. In his current position, he is responsible for Mitsubishi Corporation's initiatives and planning for sustainability regarding matters such as climate change and supply chain management, as well as disclosure and engagement with stakeholders on sustainability. He developed his career as an in-house legal counsel at Mitsubishi Corporation for 20 years after joining the company in 1991. He obtained a Master's Degree (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School and was admitted in the New York Bar in 1997. Thomas Kusterer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, based in Karlsruhe, Germany. In this role he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management, Treasury, Financial Asset Management, M&A and EnBW's trading activities. Prior to that Thomas assumed various accounting and corporate finance roles at KPMG in Berlin, Mannheim and New York. From 2009 to 2011 he was the Chief Financial Officer of EDF Energy in London. He is a founding member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), London. Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a German Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant.

Yeo Lian Sim

Before joining the SGX, Lian Sim was for many years at the Monetary Authority of Singapore in various roles including managing foreign reserves, responsibility for exchange rate and monetary policy and regulating the capital market. She was also seconded to Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. Lian Sim is a director of Shared Services for Charities Limited and has also served on the boards of various charitable organizations. She graduated with Honours from the University of Singapore and holds a Master degree from the London Business School. Lian Sim was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) at the Singapore National Day Honours in 1994.
