Grace House Care Home is a 21-bedroom, family-run residential home based in the beautiful surroundings of Lower Bourne, on the outskirts of Farnham, Surrey... At Grace House, we have a team of experienced Care Assistants. All the members of the teams have completed training courses on subjects such as Dementia & challenging behaviour, Medication Administration, Infection Control, and Fire Safety Awareness. Several members of the care team are qualified to NVQ Level 4.
