I am Ibe Laethem , I was born in Bruges (Belgium) In 2012 I took the step to finally live in Italy. I chose 'Le Marche' becaus this region still has a lot to offer.You can still find peace because is not touristic yet .When I bought my house i was lucky to have a good real estate agent who helped me a lot,because it was quite a search to get all the paperwork done.And then our adventure began ,to find good contractors who were honest and did a good job .Also the language wasn't easy.It was a difficult adventure but we succeeded and that is why i want to help the people who also wants to buy a house in Le Marche...
