INTENSITY FIT CLUB

Intensity Fit Club is now located in Lakeland, Florida in a residential community called Riverstone and is available for Private and Small Group Training. The gym is located inside the residence and has a full functional equipment to fit your needs. I also travel to you as an option if close by and may require a small fee. Christian Cianfrani was the head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the military Joint Special Operations soldiers at MacDill Air Force in Tampa and the Fitness Coordinator of a Retirement Community in Saint Petersburg. Now Christian is a full-time private trainer in Lakeland.
