Established in 2010, JLV Construction is a team of custom builders with a passion for quality construction that exceeds expectations... JLV Construction opened its doors in 2010 as a two-person operation committed to rebuilding New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Having witnessed firsthand the struggle of homeowners trying to rebuild in a challenging climate, José L. Villeda decided to create a company that would focus on high-quality craftsmanship and products, outstanding customer service, and a dedicated team... We're a diverse team sharing one purpose: to provide high-quality craftsmanship, products, and service to every house we build, and to have a good time doing it. While some in New Orleans are carrying on the traditions of great food, music, and culture, we're continuing the craft of exceptional building and architecture.
