Carl Martin

Carl Martin heads up the cast-in-place concrete construction division, a Martin Brothers specialty. Our concrete construction services range from standard concrete floors to technically complex curved foundations and structures. Specifically, concrete specialty services include foundations, blast walls, containment structures, retaining walls, bridge abutments, pump station foundations, waste water treatment tanks and foundations, and wind turbine foundations. Keystone concrete specialty projects include American Red Cross curved building foundation, Patrick Motors building foundation, St. Mary's Credit Union building foundation, Wyman Gordon rotary furnace foundation, Wyeth Pharmaceutical containment structures, Becker College Science Center, Town of Westborough sewer pump station foundation, City of Danvers waste water treatment facility foundation and containment tanks, and Woods Hole Research Center wind turbine foundation. Martin Brothers has an extensive inventory of both Symons Steel-ply formwork and formwork accessories for job built applications.

Carlton Martin

After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1981 Carlton founded Martin Bros. Contracting in 1983 with his brother John Martin. After managing projects in the field for several years, Carlton developed Martin Brothers Contracting's concrete division in the 1990s. Carlton became President and CEO after John Martin's retirement in 2018 and has since increased market share in both General Contracting and Cast in Place Concrete construction.

Chris Martin

Chris has been working for Martin Bros. since 1997 and has developed a diverse skill set applicable to a wide range of construction industries. Chris currently leads Martin Bros. Contracting's concrete division as a field project manager, coordinating labor and materials requirements, and working with clients and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.

John Martin

John Martin leads the general contracting division. With extensive construction knowledge and experience, John's team has had a hand in crafting many buildings and infrastructure projects-from straight forward to highly complex-throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Keystone projects include: Webster First Federal Credit Union operations center, Becker College science center, American Red Cross headquarters building and Patrick Subaru retail facilities. Our services include design/build, plans and specifications, permit applications, sub-contractor selection and management, materials procurement, temporary utilities on site, site surveying and engineering, disposal and/or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cashflows, safety management, and quality control.

Joshua Martin

Joshua first worked for Martin Bros. in 2009 as a laborer and later built their first website in 2010. Taking on the role of Project Manager in 2022, Joshua has led several commercial projects and now manages billing, marketing, and business development. Joshua has and associate degree from Quinsigamond Community College and is set to graduate from Southern New Hampshire University in Spring 2025 with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
