Noe Robles has been a lifetime resident of Cameron County. Born in Brownsville, he graduated in 1975 from Harlingen High School. He attended St. Edward's Catholic University, Austin, Texas, and graduated in 1978, Cum Laude (Honor Grad) with a BA Criminal Justice. A Recipient of Academic Scholarships (Criminal Justice), he went on to South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas, 1981 Graduate, Doctor of Jurisprudence.
