National Institute for Public Policy is pleased to host academic scholarships in honor of Willard Fallon, Dr. John S. Foster Jr., Dr. Colin S. Gray, and Dr. William R. Van Cleave. They provide academic scholarships to graduate students studying in the area of defense and strategic studies. Each scholarship is overseen by its own independent board that awards scholarships to students with excellent academic records and who have a commitment to public service in the area of national security. Funding for these scholarships is provided by donations from private Foundations, individuals, and corporations. National Institute provides all of its administrative services for these scholarships at no cost to the scholarship funds; no management costs are incurred by the donations to these scholarships.
