As Project Manager, Allison Sachs is responsible for developing project budgets and schedules, hiring and coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, preparing bid documents, administering contracts, and managing the construction process.
Allison has acquired a broad base of construction, project management, and owner's representation experience in high profile and time-sensitive projects in healthcare and medical fields.
Allison joined Oxford in 2013 from FedEx Ground, where she managed the planning, design, and construction of FedEx Ground facilities. Previously, Allison held the position of Assistant Project Manager for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a leading provider of construction management services, design-build, and integrated project delivery. Her responsibilities included oversight for water and wastewater treatment plants in Baltimore, MD area.
Allison obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and minored in Construction Management. She also received a 30 Hour OSHA Training Certification from Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Baltimore MD.

As Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oxford Development Company, Brian Albert has actively participated as legal counsel in sales, acquisitions, and financing totaling in excess of $700 million, and has provided counseling in a broad range of other corporate and commercial matters.
Brian joined Oxford in 1987. He also serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pittsburgh Settlement Agency, LLC, a Pennsylvania-licensed commercial title insurance agency. Prior to joining Oxford, Brian was in-house counsel in the commercial and credit company sections of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation Legal Department.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his B.A., Juris Doctor, and his MBA degrees. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has served for over twenty-five years as an arbitrator on the commercial and construction panels of the American Arbitration Association.

As Property Manager, Michelle provides facility and property management to a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. She has been responsible for all aspects of property management including property oversight, day to day operations and tenant relations. Other duties include property inspections, lease administration, supervision of third-party contractors, mobile maintenance supervision, administrative, and budget preparations.
Michelle assists with Oxford's Monroeville portfolio that consists of 600,000 SF of mixed-use properties that includes office, retail shopping centers and distribution space for CVS Caremark.
Michelle joined Oxford Development Company in 1997 and her prior experiences include day to day management for retail shopping centers, event planning for the yearly events held at Caste Village Shoppes, commercial properties and medical facilities owned by UPMC, specifically their Western Psychiatric Hospital, as well as several locations for University of Pittsburgh.

He leads the effort to realize organic growth in the Strip District at Oxford's $460 million mixed-use 3 Crossings development.
Steve has led the growth of company services to now include residential property management and healthcare owner's representation. Under Steve's guidance, Oxford has consistently ranked as the region's top Commercial Property Management team and completes some of the region's largest real estate transactions annually.
Steve served on the Board of Directors of the Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC), the Strategic Investment Fund, P4 Advisory Committee, City of Pittsburgh Planning Committee for Affordable Housing, the Auberle Foundation, and Three Rivers Bancorp, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and CEO's for Sustainability.
He is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and supports several community projects and initiatives through leadership positions benefitting local and national charities, and the arts.

As an Associate with Oxford Realty Services, Inc., Taylor supports a wide range of clients through leasing, sales and dispositions, lease administration, market analysis, tenant and landlord representation services.
Prior to her work at Oxford, Taylor worked for the real estate firm Powell & Associates located in her hometown of Punxsutawney, PA.
Taylor has worked with regional clients such as PNC National Bank. She also oversees Oxford's diverse portfolio as well as several third-party leasing clients.
Taylor is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania and an active member of NAIOP's Developing Leaders. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Clarion University, majoring in Real Estate and Finance, and earned her MBA from Duquesne University with a concentration in Sustainability.
