Susan returned to college after working many years in corporate sales environments. Realizing that she was more interested in her customers' stories than the products she was selling, she earned a degree in human resources and career facilitation to become self-employed, connecting people with jobs they love. After completing her education, Susan volunteered at Southern NH Services as an employment counselor and was later hired on a grant written to employ her. Susan's passion for helping others through employment facilitation grew into a successful business focusing on resume services. Having worked in equipment sales for law enforcement nationwide, she gained a knowledge of law enforcement terminology and enjoyed working with that population. Susan continued to build a network with public servants for resume writing, and now her focus is on career transitions for police officers and firefighters.
