Mr. Johnson brings over 20 years of technology and field operations management in various industries to RBI.
Recently, he was Chief Technology Officer for SureWest Communications, a recognized leader in providing communications services in California and Kansas. Previously, he spent 10 years at Everest Connections where he was responsible for all design, engineering, technical support, field operations and construction.
Mr. Johnson has a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Friends University. He has extensive technical certifications, including as a certified network engineer.
Mr. Spencer brings more than 20 years of communication experience to RBI. He began his career as President and founder of Advantech, Inc., a regional telecommunications company headquartered in Atlanta Georgia. After selling the company to a national telecommunications services firm, Mr. Spencer than held management positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and business development with AT&T, GE Capital Communication Services, Global Crossing and Sprint PCS.
Most recently, Mr. Spencer was CEO of Everest Connections, Aplus.Net/Codero, Windjammer Communications and board member and interim CEO of Lodgenet. He and his management teams have created significant shareholder value while setting the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Mr Spencer holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Marquette University.
Mr. Siemers brings over 20 years of financial and M&A experience to RBI. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. Subsequently, he held positions of increasing financial and management responsibility with Aquila, Inc., including 4 years as an ex-patriot in Auckland, New Zealand. Mr. Siemers has significant experience in all aspect of finance, syndicated debt facilities and initial public offerings.
Most recently, Mr. Siemers was Chief Financial Officer of Everest Connections, Aplus.net/Codero and Windjammer Communications.
Mr. Siemers holds a BS with highest distinction in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
