SEA-PLM is a programme that is steered through a robust partnership between the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office (EAPRO) and interested Southeast Asian Ministries of Education and their regional and national partners. Technical institutional providers, regional and international mentors, and individual experts support the various fields of expertise and activities cover by the programme... SEA-PLM supports member countries in developing robust learning assessment systems and monitoring student learning outcomes for equitable and meaningful education for all children across the region. The countries from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) can join SEA-PLM by participating in the regional assessment and contributing to its governance structure and regional network...
