SJM employed its first apprentice in the company's first year of business. We are passionate about employing and developing local young people; reflected by kick starting the careers of over 25 young tradespeople. We currently employ more than 20 staff across a spectrum of business and trade roles ranging from administration, finance, project management, team leadership, to carpentry, machine operation, masonry, trades assistance and plaster board flushing.
