I am Erika Aguirre and I am a Customer Experience Manager at SolarUnion. My favorite part about working for this company is learning about green energy and energy efficiency for your home. I have learned so much new information about this industry and how critical it is for us to switch to clean renewable energy as a way to secure savings and save the environment. Itzel Navarro

I am Itzel Navarro and I serve as a Project Manager at SolarUnion. My favorite part about working at SolarUnion is working with customers throughout the process and helping them understand how their systems work and perform for the next two decades. I like working in the solar industry because it's a growing industry with many opportunities and constant, positive change. California homeowners should go solar with SolarUnion because we offer a great customer experience before, during, and after the project is completed. When I am not managing home solar projects for our customers, I enjoy traveling, visiting new places and learning about their history.

Ivan La Frinere-Sandoval - CEO

Ivan La Frinere-Sandoval has worked in the solar PV industry for over seven years in all segments of the value chain. While at Trina Solar, a leading vertically integrated solar module manufacturer, he led the $150mm project investment team, $400mm capital raise, $700mm procurement restructuring, $800mm Changzhou supplier co-location PV industry park, $4.4bn manufacturing capacity expansion, and $500mm polysilicon refining plant. At SolarCity, a leading residential and commercial solar developer, Ivan developed an internal project finance model in conjunction with an analysis of the commercial portfolio, including a comprehensive audit of a 1.1MW system and various residential systems. At Credit Suisse, Ivan completed capital raising and M&A transactions worth $8bn. Ivan graduated from Caltech with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Finance and received his MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Renzo Castillo

Prior to founding SolarUnion, Renzo worked in the real estate/project finance and investment banking industries for over five years as both a sell-side advisor and buy-side investor. While at Centerline Capital Group, a leading tax credits equity investor and syndicator, Renzo directed critical projects including the acquisition, structuring and asset management of $500mm developments in the affordable housing space. At Citigroup Alternative Assets, Renzo advised on transactions and provided leveraged financing to the largest private equity funds in the world. Renzo was also part of the mergers and acquisitions team at Credit Suisse, based in New York, where he managed the financial due diligence for and executed $1.7bn cross-border transactions. Renzo graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a BS in Economics and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow. Renzo holds dual nationality in Peru and the U.S.

Talia Ruiz

My name is Talia Ruiz and I serve as the Strategic Accounts Manager. My favorite part about working at SolarUnion is how the employees are a dynamic team that work together seamlessly to solve problems and give our customers the best experience. Before I worked in the solar industry, I worked for a mining company. I decided to switch to solar because it is a future proof industry with many great opportunities. I believe that customers should choose SolarUnion because we offer the highest level of personalized service. If a customer has any questions about their project or about going solar, she can always find a team member to help out. When I am not working on improving the customer experience, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my kids at the beach or the park.
