Mr. Liao-Sanders earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, and has strong experience advocating for clients at the Orange County Public Defender's Office, as well as litigating on behalf of injured employees in Workers' Compensation cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked with the Department of Social Services to assist low-income families.
Shea has worked as an attorney in estate planning, family law, and residential evictions. Before becoming a licensed attorney, he spent several years in the human services sector helping low-income families as both a social worker and as an elementary school teacher. Shea is a member of the California State Bar Association and graduated from Chapman University School of Law.
