The Butler House is a Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 for the sales manager of the Carborundum Company, George W. Chormann (The Chormann House). The house was designed by Chester R. Phelps (1872-1965), an architect responsible for many buildings in Niagara Falls and Lockport. His most notable surviving building is the Neo-Classical Niagara Falls Gazette building located at 310 Niagara Street... The Butler House is the perfect hotel stay for your trip to Niagara Falls. This recently renovated Circa 1910, romantic four bedroom bed breakfast is located in the Park Place Historic District walking distance from Niagara Falls... The house was converted to a Bed & Breakfast in 2004 by the Yoder family who added three bathrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as modified the 3rd floor as living quarters. During the pandemic we had the opportunity to renovate the property over a two-year period. Our goal was to highlight the craftsmanship and charm of the house with more..
