TINY TOES DAY NURSERY - Key Persons
I have worked in Early Years since 2016, I previously worked in a preschool and since joining Tiny Toes in September 2019 I have worked my way up from Room Lead to Deputy Manager. I started my Early Years journey by studying Level 3 Early Years Educators at City College, since then I have gone onto study my 4/5 Foundation degree in Childhood Studies. Working with children has always been rewarding and I love to see how the children grow and develop. My favourite thing about working with children is the bonds that you make with both the children and their families, making it a home from home.
Heather brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from working within the childcare industry for the last 12 years. She found her passion working with children at a young age and learned quickly that supporting children to develop and grow into unique individuals is what she wanted to pursue as a career. Heather achieved her BA honours degree in Early Years whilst forging her skill set and developing her knowledge in a full time job role.With a hands on, innovative approach to leadership, Heather strives to set an example and empower her team to achieve the highest standards.
