Founded in 1990, the NSIA sought to bring workers' compensation industry experts together to educate, network, and provide insight into legislation changes. WCAN aims to broaden that vision by providing services, resources and education to a wider net of all workers' compensation professionals in Nebraska... Workers' Compensation Association of Nebraska (WCAN) strives to provide members with the most current information related to Nebraska legislation, up to date medical treatment options, Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court updates, legal trends, national trends and other employment-related issues. We hold monthly luncheons and invite workers' compensation professionals to educate our members on these issues. An annual conference also offers education opportunities and fosters a sense of community in the industry.
