How I randomly found Frank looking for flights to Italy, was a blessing! We first booked flights with Jason Mayer and Wholesale-Flights in
January, 2012 and have now booked flights six additional times. Having
him there is a very reassuring thing as we have also made last minute
changes several times and Jason was always there to support us and
make it happen. We are about to leave on our seventh flight to Amsterdam
on KLM and Jason has again made it happen seamlessly and
the fares have been reasonsble which has made it possible for us to
visir our daughter and our three grandchildren in the Netherlands

i use Jeff for all my international flights. He is always professional and helpful. The flights are always considerably cheaper than what is available online and I get to fly major airlines on my schedule. As a VP at a small company, economy is quite important. I had not previously used this agency, but as I was contemplating two business-class tickets from San Diego to Dublin, the prospect of saving something off the advertised prices seemed worth checking. I clicked on their web advert and Jeff called back (from within our time zone) within minutes. I found him well-spoken, a good listener and competent in accessing the flight options and prices. When we had finished, the confirmation of my purchase appeared promptly on the airline's website and I was able to access seat selections and other features exactly as Jeff had assured me.
Someone in the airline data center had initially garbled some data (not the reservations per se). I complained to Jeff and he promptly followed up (late at night) and gave me a very sensible report reassuring me that the data that mattered most... reservations and payment status... was in the airline's files correctly. I later established, independently, the veracity of his report and understood that the mistake was not Jeff's fault.
Jeff continued to follow up after his initial investigation to insure that I had obtained the desired corrective action. Essentially the electronic ticketing and on-line access to the airline's system happened as he said it would. I am very pleased to have made Jeff's acquaintance. I'd be pleased to have his assistance in the future.

First, the end result was very good. Adolfo found us a low enough fare so that we could afford Business Class for our 15 hour flight to Shanghai.
Second, Adolfo was really great to work with. I started peppering him with emails in April, and he was always quick to respond, and investigate my "what ifs" with apparent enthusiasm.
