They finally settled in NJ, and after she started her family there, she decided to work from home so that she could have more flexibility with her schedule. They moved to Virginia to offer a country life to their kids. She kept working on her business, adding more hours and clients as the kids grew and she had more time. She loves being a business owner because she's able to help her clients while having the flexibility to spend time with her family and do the things that she enjoys.

Born in Massachusetts and transplanted to Virginia Beach, Laura joined the team in 2015 after moving to Appomattox and hearing through her landlord that Cheryl was hiring for a web designer. Laura has a background in branding, web design, graphic design, and portrait photography. Thanks to her supportive parents, she was able to specialize her education in marketing at a young age, even starting her own business in 7th grade. She grew up on the road and has been to more locations than she can count with family and friends. She has been to 100+ destinations and 24+ locations across 3 continents by car, plane, and boat. Her favorite outdoor activities are hiking, camping, and long beach days. On a warm morning, you can find her sipping coffee on her front porch and soaking up the sun. She loves jam bands, her pets, and spending quality time with her husband and loved ones.
