Alice Frankham

Job Titles:
  • Chartered Accountant
Alice is a fully qualified chartered accountant from a practice background. As such, she is used to dealing with a wide variety of clients from all sectors. She helps us to complete our clients' bookkeeping and VAT.

Andrew Tomlin

Andrew is our oldest member of staff and with age comes considerable experience. Before joining the Nichols team way back in 2001 he worked for over 21 years as an in-house accountant in the construction industry. He is a genuine ‘all-rounder' and is adept at all levels of accounts preparation. Andrew is a family man, having 2 children in their thirties and a young granddaughter who he sees on a regular basis.

Debby Bailey

Debby is one of our accountants; she is qualified to level 4 Diploma in Accounting (AAT), has a level 3 Diploma in Financial & Management Accounting (ACCA) and a level 2 certificate in bookkeeping (International Association of Bookkeepers). Debby has been working with us for 6 years and is able to provide a range of services from financial accounting, taxation, self-assessment to bookkeeping. When not balancing the books, Debby loves to get creative in the kitchen, particularly when it comes to decorative cakes!

Maria Lea

Maria has been providing us with bookkeeping services for several years. During that time, she has developed a reputation for being able to quickly unravel the mysteries contained within large bags of receipts and for turning them into something more accessible for one of our accountants to be able to work with. Originally from a banking background, Maria is no stranger to foreign currency transactions, lending ratios and a business's financial requirements. She is currently working her way through the ACCA exams.

Tara O'Callaghan

Job Titles:
  • Personal Assistant
Tara works as a Personal Assistant and is at the front line of the business in that she's most likely to be answering the phone and handling your initial enquiry. Tara works closely with Vicky in supporting the activities of the business both administratively and in terms of client contact; her cheery disposition bringing a smile to the faces of clients and colleagues alike! Tara is another one with a passion for all things horse-related. In fact, in a previous life, she was a professional instructor and groom.

Vicky Etheridge

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager and Payroll Specialist
Vicky is our Office Manager and Payroll specialist; she worked with Michael for many years and was particularly keen for the business to continue and to maintain a level of service to the clients that she has come to know well over this time. Vicky will often conduct initial meetings with clients, establishing their requirements, making recommendations on how we best proceed and making sure that all of our compliance needs have been met. She works closely with our accountants and bookkeepers in co-ordinating their workload and ensuring that we are able to turn our work around as quickly as possible. In her spare time, Vicky is a committed equestrian and can often be found galloping across the fields of Kent!
