Debbi is a Chartered Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer with a diversified career spanning multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas, Defence, and Nuclear industries. With a passion for engineering excellence, Debbi has not only contributed significantly as an engineer but has also excelled in roles as a Project Manager, Verifier and Regulator, solidifying expertise across the entire project lifecycle.

Duncan is an experienced Engineer with over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry working with EPC companies. He has worked extensively on all aspects of Study, FEED, Detailed design, Construction and Commissioning focused on large drilling facilities and topsides.
Duncan is known in the industry as someone who adds-value because of his wide range of practical experience and his articulate communication skills.

Fraser is our Head of Consultancy at Katoni Engineering and directs a range of study work and ensures our service offer remains relevant to clients as their businesses change.
He has 12+ years' experience across the industry from consultancy, operator and design based roles. During his career he has gained experience through all phases of project lifecycle from conception through FEED and detailed design to operations and COP. Importantly Fraser brings practical operations and projects experience as well as EPC knowledge which ensures our studies remain grounded and realistic.
Fraser is also an experienced Engineering Manager and Chartered Chemical Engineer in mainstream Oil & Gas processing with specialist knowledge of crude oil separation systems and significant field, people and project management skills. He has a keen interest in Digitisation and Emissions Reduction and specialises in identifying and delivering optimised solutions to client's strategic challenges

James is an experienced business leader and economist. He joined Katoni after 5 years as a Director at Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce (AGCC). He has acted as an advisor to Government committees and media commentator on the oil and gas sector.
Prior to moving back to the North-east James worked as the Head of Regulation and Compliance for a large utility company following 10 years working in economic and management consultancy. James is accountable for all UK operations at Katoni.
Outside Katoni he is also Chair of Developing Young Workforce an organisation focused on engaging businesses in schools and he acts as a columnist in the Press and Journal. He is also a deeply frustrated amateur golfer and Aberdeen FC fan.
As CEO James is accountable for all of Katoni's operations and plays an active role in the businesses committees and still enjoys regular engagement with clients and all of the team. There is a rumour James has asked for the photo below to be left in this area rather than on the front of the website as he was 5 years younger in the previous image.

Pete is an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Chemical Engineer with over 25 years' experience in upstream Oil and Gas projects. He has hands on experience of a wide range or projects, this has seen him manage international/local teams with projects ranging from greenfield concept selection studies to brownfield modifications.
He brings experience from working both operators and service companies from large multinational corporations to smaller independent companies. This breadth of project experience has exposed him to many different cultures, operating agreements, stakeholder issues and high technical complexity which have built a deep understanding of every facet of the upstream oil and gas operating environment.
As a product of his depth of technical understanding, he has performed and lead several technical due diligence reviews as both a buyer and a seller. This has often included application of novel and first applications of technology to achieve thresholds/requirements.
