Adam joined the team in January 2019 following a highly successful career in the insurance industry having specialised in working with veterinary practices for the past 11 years. As a recruitment consultant, he brings his experience and skills to the veterinary division, sourcing high calibre candidates and supporting practices through their recruitment process.
Leading up to this Donna worked for a Private Medical Insurance Company for 23 years and prior to this she also worked for Barclays bank and worked for Renault for a couple of years so she is used to the fast paced environment.
Emma launched Elite Staffing Solutions in January 2015 in order to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment within specialist sectors. She's passionate about providing the highest level of service to clients and candidates and acting with integrity and transparency.

Freya recently joined Elite in August 2023, as a Recruitment Resourcer and she's completing her Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing with us. Prior to joining Elite, Freya completed her Diploma in Advanced Technical Diploma in Hospitality and Catering and worked in the Hospitality and retail industry.
Having moved to Taunton, Janet joined Elite Staffing Solutions at its formation as the Financial Controller. She's fundamental in the ensuring all of the company's financial matters are well looked after and the overall smooth running of the office enabling Emma, Tanya and Adam, and the test of the team, to focus all of their efforts on their clients and candidate needs.

Jude joined Elite in February 2023. Prior to joining, Jude completed his degree in Archaeology and worked in retail.
Lara joined Elite in March 2021, as an Apprentice studying a Level 2 Customer Service course and then went onto completing her Recruitment Resoucer Apprenticeship. She's now a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Commercial Insurance sector. She helps Account Handlers find their perfect roles and clients fill their vacancies with the best talent.

Mike recently joined Elite as a Business Development Manager and Recruitment Consultant. Previously to this, he had a successful career in the banking and finance sector having worked at NatWest/ RBS Bank for 25 years in a variety of roles specialising as a Relationship Manager for Corporate customers across the South West.

Olivia joined the Elite family in January 2023 following a 5 year career as a Veterinary Surgeon in Dorset. Olivia utilises her vast experience in the veterinary industry to assist and coach her veterinary candidates through the recruitment process.

Shelby joined the Elite family in February 2024. She brings a wealth of experience with a nine year career as a Veterinary Nurse. She has experience in first opinion and referral practices, as well as non-clinical work including: lecturing, insurance and case management for a virtual veterinary hospital.
Tanya joined the Elite family in February 2017 as a Resourcing Administrator. In 2021 she became the Service Delivery Manager and now looks after all of our office support vacancies, providing support to both candidates and clients.
