Companies can advertise vacancies at whatever level and most especially, those that are part time or temporary which they may otherwise simply do without but which could make all the difference post Covid. Individuals can post their own profiles, highlighting how they can help. It might be as a full-time hire or a specific skill set on an as needed basis or even a side hustle they want to develop a market for.
