MPA Precast can trace its roots back to 1918. In 1964 the predecessor to MPA Precast, the British Precast Concrete Federation Ltd was formed through the merger of the Cast Stone & Concrete Federation and the British Cast Concrete Federation. In 2011, MPA Precast affiliated with the Mineral Products Association to provide its members with a stronger voice. In 2022 the members voted for the formation of MPA Precast as a product group of the Mineral Products Association... MPA Precast represents the UK precast concrete manufacturers and members of the supply chain. The main aims are to promote precast concrete in construction; to disseminate guidance and information through a range of industry representation and by shared knowledge; and to add value to our members.
