Apichai is a seasoned food and beverage professional, with over 30 years of operational experience across Asia. Prior to joining ahp, he served as the Director of Operations of HotelCorp, opening and operating, amongst others, Le Meridien Khao Lak, Ramada Khao Lak, Sacha's Hotel UNO Bangkok and Katiliya Mountain Resort & Spa Chiang Rai. He was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Regency in Hua Hin in 2000, after spending 8 years with the Grand Hyatt Bangkok. Apichai started his career in his native Thailand with the Dusit Group, after working in various hospitality positions around the United States. He has a degree in Hotel Management from Portland Community College (Oregon, USA).

Bernhard Ollmann is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ahp. An Austrian national, he has over 27 years experience in the hospitality industry, of which 20 years in Asia. He previously held the position of COO and was a principal shareholder of HotelCorp Ltd., a hotel management company with offices in Thailand and Vietnam for the past 9 years. He was responsible for the franchising and roll out of a number of properties under the Ramada Hotels & Resorts brand, including the opening and ongoing management of Ramada Resort Khao Lak. Bernhard has successfully facilitated hospitality related real estate investments in the past, predominantly within the greater Phuket area and Bangkok. Prior to that, Bernhard held key management positions during the pre-opening and opening of Le Meridien Khao Lak and Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu in 2005 and 2004 and the opening of the Cathay Pacific-owned Headland Hotel's extensive F&B operation in 2000 in Hong Kong. He is a graduate of Hotel School of Bad Leonfelden (Austria) and has worked with renowned brands such as The Ritz Carlton, OMNI Hotels & Resorts and Century International Hotels throughout the region.

Tom is a hospitality investment and development professional with extensive experience in European and Asian property investments. Before joining ahp, Tom was the Director of Development for HotelCorp Ltd. and specialised in green field development, project funding and transaction management of hospitality assets. Before relocating to Thailand, he worked for Celadon International, partnering up with Wyndham Worldwide for the Indochina region. His main responsibilities included project funding, investor relations and brand roll out. Prior to moving to Southeast Asia in 2011, Tom worked in private equity and real estate investments in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was an integral part in funding commercial, residential and hospitality projects in Spain, India, Vietnam and Cambodia.
