AKASISON - Key Persons

Adriana Fraqueira Matos

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager

Alejandro Luna Bellot

Job Titles:
  • Product Manager
Alejandro is a proud man. Proud because he is part of Akasison. To him, Akasison means always wanting to be the best solution. Being both wise and stubborn. Being innovative, without losing sight of the basics. Alejandro understands this only too well. The basics start with drainage using tried and tested systems. A practical approach and know-how. The winning combination, adding value. Only then is the customer's wish your command. Offering something that the customer need never give another thought to. Making life easy. And if the customer thinks about Akasison, it's a good feeling.

Alejandro Vélez

Job Titles:
  • Director Marketing

Alexandra van Cruchten

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service

Andy Glawe

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager DACH
Andy Glawe has an almost religious conviction. The conviction that, out of all our principles, principle 3 has brought us where are now: we have one point of contact for the client. Andy has his own principle too: a man/a man, a word/a word. Making Andy Glawe your point of contact. For all of Germany. And Austria and Switzerland. That's not because Andy speaks German - you'd expect that from a German. No. It's because Andy manages to combine a huge amount of energy with people skills, technology and commerce. Andy is an untiring motivator who loves complex challenges. Maybe we need to go looking for more German speaking areas.

Angela Hammen

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer

Antoine Cleon

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Antoine is cool, calm and collected, and has everything under control. No two clients, projects or contracts are the same. Indeed, no two days are the same. Dynamism in his profession, it's a breath of fresh air to him. To give an example: he doesn't think clients are demanding, they simply want the best. And they are absolutely right about that. Which is why Antoine is the point of contact for the customer. The trick is actually very simple: clear communication. Because he knows everything there is to know about Akasison, and he's involved in a project from the get-go, he's in the best position to inform and advise customers. His motto: ‘Keep it cool!', so we don't have to worry about a thing.

Arzu Jans

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer
It's blindingly clear to us. You don't need to come from Panningen, or even from Limburg, to get the Akasison virus. Arzu Jans has also caught the bug and Arzu is definitely German. Arzu's got it badly, it's got right into the blood stream. Reliable is an understatement when we describe Arzu and in terms of energy, she has it in buckets. You deal with Arzu directly. The lines are short, even in such an extensive operational area. That needs a unique person. With enthusiasm. The right technical background. Commercial skills. Punctuality, embedded in flexibility and client focus. No antivirus can beat that. Arzu is a real Akasisonner. Practical on principle.

Bernat Gual Mora

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Besides his broad knowledge of Akasison, Bernat knows a thing or two about the entire construction process. From design to implementation. Which is a good thing too. Not only does he know what customers want, but also what architects and engineers need. He can read them like a book. If you know that much about a system and the process as a whole, then putting it all together is as easy as falling off a log. Then you can look ahead. Then you don't have to spell things out. Then you're the man. One who can really relate to Akasison's principles. Principle 5, to be specific: because then you understand our business.

Carin Trines

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service
Carin Trines loves what she does. Well she must do, because she's worked half her life at Akatherm. If you've been there for the client right since the business started. Not surprising that Carin Trines chooses principle 6 - we work together. Together ensure that orders are processed fast and delivered correctly. And of course, it helps that you know the entire product range. And that logistics hold no secrets for you. Real commitment comes through partnership. Akatherm is not just one person, but with Carin the client is on the right path. Working hard for the business. With heart for the business. That's Carin Trines.

Daniel Rath

Job Titles:
  • International Sales Manager

Diren Alemdağ

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer

Floor Everaerts

Job Titles:
  • Product Manager

Heiner Bergen

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
You have technology people who like to spend the whole day on ‘their' technology and for whom clients are just a necessary evil. You have others who like to spend the whole day on ‘our' technology and preferably with the client. Heiner Bergen is the latter type. Clients notice it immediately. That this is a man who enjoys the practical side of things. Who knows what happens on a roof. Who knows about processes and systems. Who knows about currents and all the legal requirements and regulations. Who's great to work with. Always cheerful. Always friendly. Always reliable. A team player who always wants to get the optimal result. That's Heiner Bergen.

Heinrich Fromm

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Heinrich Fromm does not have clients. Nor suppliers. Heinrich Fromm has partners. Heinrich Fromm does not believe to push jobs and tasks up the chain. He is the chain. The single point of contact. For customers. For colleagues. For all. Heinrich Fromm is approachable, human, reliable. Google ‘Dachentwässerung' and ‘zuverlässig'; Heinrich Fromm will be in the top ten hits, no doubts. He is the archetypal principle-3-Akasision person, and has been since 2008. Short communication lines, tight project management and endless responsibility. Trust Akasison. Trust Heinrich Fromm.

Hilbert Pool

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Each raindrop in the Netherlands deserves to be drained with the Akasison system. That is what drives Hilbert Pool. His enthusiasm is far too big because he believes in Akasison. Which, in most cases, is the best solution for his customer. Hilbert thinks right along with his customers. Working together and leveraging each other's strengths. Cooperation as the prerequisite for success. That is principle 6. That is Akasison. That is Hilbert Pool.

Ibel Aznar Alameda

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
We will never stop improving - Principle 1 - suits Ibel Aznar down to the ground. She's dead keen to learn and is constantly looking for ways to improve projects, and herself too. From the moment she stepped in the door at Akasison, she wanted to know everything. Even things she didn't really need to know. Because you never know when it's going to come in handy. She grabs opportunities to work on nice, big projects with both hands. The collaboration with colleagues and partners within a project is the secret to success, as far as she's concerned. Reinforcing each other's qualities. Only then can you guarantee continuous improvement. Ibel's big dream is to design an Akasison system for a major shopping centre. So bring on the challenge!

Jack Beurskens

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer
We can't really describe him as a real Akasison veteran yet, but Jack Beurskens is certainly cut from the same mould. He's got it. The right desire to learn. The right determination. And what's more: the right attitude to colleagues. Note: colleagues, not competing colleagues. Obviously Jack understands that there must be other suppliers next to Akasison, but he can get really upset if a competitor doesn't take regulations or specifications seriously enough. We like that: a colleague who stands for our company and for our technology. Who stands for his colleagues and his clients. He's well on his way to becoming a true Akasison veteran. Stay angry! Your dream project in New Zealand will be sure to come your way, Jack. Stay angry!

Juan Enrique Martínez González

Job Titles:
  • Technical Engineer
He doesn't like it when he can't live up to his promises. So Juan Enrique Martínez makes sure it never happens. And that's precisely the secret to his success. It's paramount. You're as good as your word! And how does he go about it? By being resolute and decisive. By checking how things are going; in short: transparent communication. The urge for continuous improvements makes it possible for him and his team to deliver the best result ever. You could almost call it sacrosanct: faith in a system and therefore in the solution. That's how Juan sees Akasison.

Krzysztof Musial

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager Poland
Krzysztof might just have started at Akasison, but he's certainly not new to the business. His amiable, quiet character is highly acclaimed by all those who know him. And we understand this only too well. In our ultra-fast world it's all about safety and security. So it's very nice to have someone who can oversee the situation. Especially when that person is smart and knows the profession like the back of his hand. If you want to prevent getting wet, then Krzysztof is the person you should turn to in the event of an emergency. Because with his reputation, he knows how to turn every roof into a safe haven.

Leyre Vega de Navacerrada

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Whatever it takes to get a project done, Leyre Vega throws herself into it from the word go. After a successful project, she can look back, satisfied with the result. And she has every reason to be proud; we're proud of her too. Driven to meeting deadlines and scoring with a flawless result - come hell or high water. Her keen sense of responsibility and boundless energy spur others on too. She's not one for twiddling her thumbs, because the next project is just around the corner. She presses on tirelessly, and thus Principle 7 - we take the responsibility - fits Leyre to a T. And -that- is Akasison..

Lizanne Wilms

Job Titles:
  • Team Leader Customer Service
Steam… Akasison has nothing to do with steam, but very occasionally steam rises in Panningen. Steam coming out of Lizanne Wilms' ears. If a shipment is incomplete. Or late. And not because that creates problems for Lizanne herself, but because it inconveniences her client. Yes: her client. Because Lizanne has an unrivaled sense of responsibility. In Panningen and far beyond. Lizanne is the primary contact for her client. Lines are short, the commitment is great. Lizanne resolves any problems immediately, because she understands that they aren't her problems, but her client's. And don't get in the way of the client. Because… steam..

Marc Buitenhuis

Job Titles:
  • R & D Engineer Fluid Dynamics
According to Marc Buitenhuis himself, he is not easily roused. Everything is a challenge for Marc. Typical characteristics: sociable and focused on solutions. That means no arguments and not getting into disputes. You look forwards and continue on your mission: Perfecting Akasison. Analysing. Improving. Optimising. Again and again. Never believing we've achieved our goal. Because that's our first principle: we never stop improving. As a company we're lucky to have a Marc Buitenhuis in our R&D. We all work a bit harder to achieve Marc's dream project in Singapore.

Marisa Gómez Aguilera

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager

Maud Van Dooren

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer

Miguel Ángel Jiménez Pavón

Job Titles:
  • Product Manager
To Miguel's mind, Akasison is a recipe. The perfect mix of ingredients, with custom work as the cherry on the cake. The full-on system, while at the same time giving every project space for its own needs and tastes. He knows how to bring it all together, getting the perfect balance. It's all to do with timing. Taking the next step at the right time. So it's not surprising that he'd like to install an Akasison system at an IKEA! Every network system must be linked meticulously to the other, with harmony as the end result. Miguel is a real Principle 5 type; Miguel understands our business.

Olaf Häußler

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer

Paweł Skrzypiński

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager Poland
A colleague with a formidable track record. Akasison might not be Paweł's first siphonic roof drainage system, but it will certainly be his last. We'll explain why. His faith in Akasison goes far. And that's why Paweł is an essential part of our total package. It's impossible to classify him as representing any single principle. He's just too versatile for that. He embodies every single principle! At his core is trust: in the system, in the technology, in the facts, but also in people. The numerous long-term relationships he's built up are testament to this. Just ask his colleagues. He doesn't disappoint and we trust that this will never be the case.

Romana Vávrová

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service
Our Romana is just fantastic. Any combination of challenges and turmoil and she's in her element. But don't take that the wrong way: it's precisely what we want. When her colleagues see her shuffling and muttering they know: here we go, Romana is on a roll. She grasps the nettle and won't let go. Seize it, press ahead and get it sorted. Done. Yes, another satisfied Akasison client! It's what gives her a huge kick. Romana is someone you can count on because she relieves clients of all their worries. She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. That's why Principle 5 "We understand our business" suits her to a T. What more could you ask for?

Salvador Estupiñá López

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Salvador Estupiña López is on a quest for the impossible project. Impossible? Yes, impossible! He's ‘fresh off the press' at Akasison. But we can feel it in our bones. He's here to stay. He gets it. The business. The system. The colleagues. The Akasison traits. And he's loving it! Salvador is a supervisor, through and through. Every step that has to be taken, he's been through it over and over in his head. And if things don't quite go as expected, no problem, he'll go with the flow. ‘Getting things done,' because impossible is not in his vocab. Principle 5 - we understand our business - may well have been written with him in mind.

Santiago Olascoaga

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager Espana
He knows everything there is to know about calculations and installing the Akasison system. A genuine analyst. Santiago relies on facts. He relies on the calculations that he makes. Those calculations are not linked to foreign climes, strange languages or unusual shapes. There is no limit to the possibilities: Akasison for every roof. As long as it rains! That's no exaggeration; it's a fact. Santiago can handle it, like no other. And not least, he's simply a great colleague. With a great sense of humor. Someone you can rely on. Which is priceless, and that's a fact too.

Silvestre Tro

Job Titles:
  • Director Sales
‘OK' doesn't do it for Silvestre. He wants ‘wow'. A disgruntled customer is an anathema to him. But he's also aware that things don't always go to plan. It's how you deal with it that counts. And this is where perfect collaboration comes into it. With partners, colleagues and stakeholders. Thanks to this collaboration, he knows exactly what's going on. Transparency and a positive approach are key. Detecting problems in good time and acting immediately. And that is Silvestre Tro's strength. The strength of Akasison. More than just syphonic rainwater drainage.

Stanislas Lemois

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager France
Our Stanislas is someone who brings us all together. A people person. A networker in heart and soul. It goes without saying that Principle 6 - we work together - is his Akasison axiom. He excels at working together on innovative, turn-key solutions. Stanislas wants to exceed customer expectations. He does so - and more - by getting the best out of his team and those around him. He did have to scratch his head when he was presented with a rather curious customer request: an Akasison system in a building situated in the middle of the Sahara. Unfortunately he had to disappoint the customer by pointing out that the desert really is the limit.

Tarkan Aslan

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Sometimes we wonder whether the blood in his veins has been replaced by ice. Always cool and relaxed, even though he has to deal with some pretty complex problems. We're talking about Tarkan Aslan. Extremely helpful and flexible, always willing to help clients. And we mean really help them, proactively, often before the client will ask. Very occasionally the ice suddenly melts. For example when Tarkan finds out that a ‘colleague in the market' has not treated its clients properly. Tarkan does not like that, to put it mildly. But mostly… very relaxed. Someone you wish the best for. For example, ‘his' system on the roof of the new airport in Istanbul.

Tomáš Záboj

Job Titles:
  • Area Sales Manager Czech Republic

Veronika Jandová

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service

Will Simons

Job Titles:
  • R & D Manager

Ángel Rodríguez de la Ossa

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Angel Rodriguez knows all the ins and outs at Akasison. Every project has its peculiarities and requirements. And that is the challenge in a nutshell. He wants to uncover every little irritant, aggravation and nagging problem in a building. Thanks to his broad knowledge of the Akasison systems, he can sort these problems like no other. He is in close contact with the client, supervising things and making sure that everything goes like clockwork. And the client need not lie awake at night worrying about future rainwater leak tests. In his opinion, pointless delays in the project, causing unnecessary budget wastage, are unacceptable. And so Angel takes Principle 7 - we take the responsibility - extremely seriously. Not only for himself, but for other people too.
