Adrian Paulse

Adrian Paulse has 30 years experience in the mining industry incorporating several senior leadership positions while working in different countries. He has a strong track record of success across strategic enterprise solutions including automating business entities and creating and integrating technology solutions to solve real business issues. In 2008 Mr. Paulse won the award for the most innovative mining technology project across the Asia/Middle East/Africa region. In a subsequent role, he was the principle technology lead for the delivery of a turnkey autonomous mining facility. Mr. Paulse holds an MBA from Smith School of Business (Queens University); Executive programs in Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Digital Transformation (Cornell University, USA); Executive Management Accreditation from Wits University/Anglo Maccauvlei and an Honours Bachelor degree in Commerce and Business Computing (University of South Africa). In addition to his technology qualifications, he is also a fully accredited CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and Project Manager.

Chris Bostwick

Chris Bostwick has over 30 years of experience in the global mining industry, including 19 years with Barrick Gold. Mr. Bostwick is currently Vice President of Technical Services, a position he has held since 2015, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services at AuRico Gold. Prior to AuRico, Mr. Bostwick had been seconded from Barrick to Highland Gold Mining, where he led the Capital Projects and Technical Services groups. Prior to that, he was Barrick Gold's Director of Evaluations and Capital Projects. Mr. Bostwick also spent nine years at Barrick's flagship Goldstrike operation in Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University.

Claire M. C. Kennedy

Following a career as a senior tax partner, Ms. Kennedy is now responsible for strategic growth initiatives. She is the Lead Director of the Bank of Canada, the nation's central bank and serves as the Chair of Neo Performance Materials Inc. since July 2020 (director since November 2017). Ms. Kennedy is a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee at Rotman School of Management and the former Governor of The Royal Canadian Geographical Society, former member of the Dean's Council at Queen's University School of Law as well as a past government appointee to the University of Toronto's Governing Council and served as Chair July 2017 - June 2021. Colin Webster

Mr. Webster has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and was appointed Alamos' Vice President of Sustainability and External Affairs in 2016. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Webster was Vice President of Sustainability at Noront Resources Ltd., and previously served as Director of Aboriginal, Government and Community Relations for the Canada and US Region at Goldcorp Inc. Prior to Goldcorp, he was a founding partner at Blue Heron Solutions for Environmental Management, providing technical and professional services to the resource development industry. In 2022, he was the recipient of the Skookum Jim Award by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, which recognizes an Indigenous individual's significant contribution to the mineral industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, a diploma in Environmental Technology from Fanshawe College, and is a member of the Conference Board of Canada's Corporate-Indigenous Relations Council.

David Fleck

David Gower

David Gower has been involved in the mineral industry for over 30 years, including positions with Falconbridge Limited and Noranda Inc. (now Glencore Canada Corporation). While at Falconbridge he was General Manager of Global Nickel and PGM Exploration and a member of the senior operating team that approved capital budgets for new mining projects. Mr. Gower has been involved in numerous discoveries and mine development projects including at Raglan, Matagami, and Sudbury, Canada and green field discoveries in Brazil and Tanzania. He also previously held positions as Director of several junior mineral exploration companies focused in South America and Europe. Mr. Gower serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Emerita Resources Corp. and Director of Nobel Resources Corp. and Lithium Ionic. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Halcones Precious Metals, Director of Apogee Opportunities Inc., Aguia Resources Ltd. and Brazil Potash Corp, a private company. Mr. Gower has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Memorial University.

Elaine Ellingham

Grace manages Alamos' treasury functions, including cash management, reporting and financial risk management, and supports the Company with continuous improvement initiatives. Greg Fisher - CFO

Greg Fisher joined Alamos Gold in 2010 and was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 2023, after most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance. He has close to 20 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, including as Senior Manager at KPMG, serving mining clients in the firm's audit practice. Mr. Fisher is responsible for regulatory financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, and maintenance of the Company's internal control environment. J. Robert S. Prichard - Chairman

Mr. Prichard is also the President Emeritus of the University of Toronto. He taught law at the University of Toronto, Yale University and Harvard University and served as Dean of Law from 1984 to 1990 and President from 1990 to 2000 at the University of Toronto. Mr. Prichard subsequently served as President and CEO of Torstar Corporation and of Metrolinx, before serving as Chair of Metrolinx from 2010 to 2018. He also served as a Director of Barrick Gold from 2015 to 2019. John A. McCluskey - CEO, President

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of Orford Mining Corporation and a Director at the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario's 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel's assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

John Fitzgerald

John Fitzgerald has more than 30 years of global experience in progressive engineering and management positions. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Alamos in 2021 as Vice President, Projects. Prior to joining Alamos, he was Vice President, Projects & Technical Services at Centerra Gold. Previously, he also served as Chief Operating Officer at AuRico Metals and Senior Director of Mining at AuRico Gold (and predecessor Northgate Minerals) where he oversaw mining and project development activities, including advancing the early work on the Lynn Lake Project. Mr. Fitzgerald also held various positions with Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, Placer Dome and De Beers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University and a Master of Business Administration from Durham University. Mr. Fitzgerald is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Khalid Elhaj

Khalid Elhaj joined Alamos Gold in 2015 and was appointed Vice President of Business Strategy in 2022. Mr. Elhaj has 15 years of mining industry experience in progressive roles that include corporate development, business planning, investor relations, and treasury with Teranga Gold, Barrick Gold, AuRico Gold, and Northgate Minerals. Mr. Elhaj graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, is a CFA Charterholder, and a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Luc Guimond

Luc Guimond has nearly 35 years of experience in the mining industry in operations management, project management, mine construction, and corporate development in Canada and Australia. Mr. Guimond was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2022 after most recently serving as Vice President, Operations. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Young-Davidson where he oversaw its evolution from the development and construction stages, through to the successful completion of the lower mine expansion, resulting in record operating and financial performance in 2021. Mr. Guimond joined Northgate Minerals (a predecessor company) in 2006 as Project Manager of the Young-Davidson project and was later appointed Executive General Manager for Northgate Minerals' Australian operations. Prior to that, he held progressively senior positions with Noranda, Hemlo Gold, Battle Mountain Gold and Newmont. Mr. Guimond is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Luis Chavez

Luis Chavez has over 35 years of experience in the global mining industry. Dr. Chavez is Senior Vice President, Mexico and has served in that capacity since 2015, when he held a similar position with AuRico Gold since 2007. Previously, he served as Energy and Mines Director, Coahuila State from 2001 to 2006, and was also General Director of the Mexican Geological Survey from 1994 to 2000. Dr. Chavez is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Mines and former President of the Mexican Mining Association (1996). He holds a PhD in Mineral Economics (1982) from the University of Arizona, a Master of Science degree in Geology (1978) from Penn State University, and a Business Administration degree (1989) from the Pan-American Business Institute in Monterrey, Mexico.

Lynsey Sherry

Dr. Sherry has held several senior level finance positions, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Fury Gold Mines. Previously, Dr. Sherry spent eight years with Goldcorp, in a variety of roles, including as Vice President, Controller and was also an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in the London and Vancouver offices, where Dr. Sherry was part of the mining audit and assurance practice. Dr. Sherry holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Nottingham, has completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of Manchester, and holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Rebecca Thompson

Scott Parsons has more than 15 years of experience in progressively senior exploration roles. Mr. Parsons joined Alamos in 2018 and was appointed Vice President, Exploration in 2020. Prior to joining Alamos, he was Manager of Regional Exploration and Geoscience at TMAC Resources where he was responsible for resource expansion and regional exploration of the Hope Bay Project in Nunavut. Previously, Mr. Parsons served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Northern Superior Resources Inc., and as Exploration Geologist and later Project Geologist, Resource Development & Long-Range Planning at BHP Billiton. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University. Shaun Usmar

Shaun Usmar is an international mining executive with 30 years of experience working around the globe in some of the world's largest and fastest growing mining companies. Mr. Usmar is the founder of Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. and is currently the CEO and a Director. Previously, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as a senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world's largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata's global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata's global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Mr. Usmar worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his career in mining in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar serves as Chair of Make- A-Wish Canada and chairs the Audit Committee of the World Gold Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.
