Anna holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Rzeszow, Poland. After working in the USA, she moved to Jersey in 2005 to work for a large fund administration company. Her responsibilities there included corporate administration for global institutional clients and company secretarial support for hedge and private equity funds. Anna is the Altair Compliance Manager and has obtained the ICA International Diploma in Compliance. Anna joined Altair in 2014.

Callum serves as an independent non-executive director to private equity funds including mid to large cap buyout funds, fund of funds (including primary, early secondary and secondary funds), infrastructure funds and investment holding companies.
Declan joined Altair as CFO in September 2018. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years commercial experience. Declan moved to Jersey in 1986, joining Coopers & Lybrand for 6 years prior to moving to the commercial sector. Prior to joining Altair, he spent the previous 10 years as Finance Director of The Liberation Group, the Jersey based pub/restaurant/brewery operator, and was a key member of the management team that formed the business (backed by LGV Capital) in 2008 through a management buyout from Sandpiper CI, building the business until its disposal to Caledonia Investments plc in 2016. Previous experience includes senior Finance and Company Secretary roles at the previously listed businesses, Ann Street Group and CI Traders.
Jacqueline is a solicitor, qualifying first in England and Wales and practising in London, then offshore in Jersey, with over 30 years' experience in investment funds and capital market structures. She was a partner of Mourant Ozannes for over 25 years and continues to work as a consultant to Mourant alongside her work as an independent director with Altair. Jacqueline also served as Chairman of Mourant Governance Services (Jersey) Limited, a regulated trust company business, from 2014 until the end of 2020, and most recently has been leading the change in the business model of Mourant Ozannes operating in a series of ordinary partnerships to operating through limited liability partnerships. From 2001 to 2010 Jacqueline served as a Commissioner of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
