The mother hen that looks after the flock is also the voice behind the phone at Anmel. Jodi keeps the wheels turning. She is great at multitasking and will work the hardest to ensure that we at Anmel are meeting the needs and expectations of our clients while offering the best working environment for the operators. Jodi loves to read and can be influenced by chocolate. Best not to ask too much of her before she has had her morning coffee though…
The longest serving Anmel staff member is Les. Les has a great sense of humour and plenty of yarns to spin. He has seen almost every scenario over the years and is extremely comfortable in the two smaller trucks in our fleet.
Les has a vast knowledge of how to achieve the best out of the trucks and achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Les is great at electrical work and signs as he squeezes the little trucks into tight spaces.

Luke is the go-to man for everything mechanical. He can fix all the trucks and towers and is the most experienced operator on the team. He does site inspections as well as tower maintenance and operations. If Luke can't do the job, it can't be done in the machines we have available. At 6 foot 3" he is used to the high life, in and out of the bucket. Luke is a master of the biggest trucks in the fleet and is the most requested operator on the team.
Usually found in the biggest trucks in the fleet, Neil has worked in many industries including the military, which gives him a wide array of experience and knowledge. He is often referred to as Santa Clause because his trademark white beard which he starts growing in June, makes him look like the big man himself. When Neil is not working 40mts in the air, he is often driving around doing site inspections on sites that needs a professional eye to work out the best size tower for the work needing to be done with the access and conditions available.
Rick has been with Anmel for over 10 years and has lots of experience in big trees and around power lines and tricky set ups. While Rick's favourite pastimes include camping and fishing he is more than capable of handling "the big ones" when it comes to trees. Ricks past employment includes being a ‘liney" which gives him a wealth of knowledge when working around powerlines.
While spending most of his time in the workshop doing all of the everyday repairs and maintenance that keep the fleet moving, Stuart has been known to head out and fly the towers every now and then. Our clients enjoy it when Stuart is on site as he is an entertaining character that loves to tell a story.
