Alush Garzon is a Senior Vice President and Manufacturing Vertical Leader. He has real world manufacturing experience as an engineer and has worked in all phases of the manufacturing process including production, quality, inspection, packaging, product development, and product sales. Alush earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and currently holds designations in Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and Accredited Advisor in Insurance. Leadership Profile Bethany began her insurance career working for her father's commercial truck insurance agency in small town Anacortes Washington. For the last 20 years she has dedicated her career to the commercial trucking industry at large. As the Agency President for AssuredPartners in Washington, she leads a team of 40 individuals who focus on providing insurance solutions for transportation companies. Bethany is a dedicated member of the Washington Transportation Association (WTA), she is on WTA Foundation board, and is focused on giving back to the transportation industry in Washington State by providing scholarships to young individuals to become trucking professionals.
Leadership Profile Having 28 years of experience in the trucking industry with another 10 in aviation; Bob has a broad perspective on risk management, knowledge, and leadership. Bob has experience in all facets of the trucking insurance business, having grown his agency from just one employee to a team of 25 dedicated individuals in St Simons Island, GA, where he serves as Agency President. His office serves both the fleet and non-fleet sides of the industry with his personal efforts focused on the structure and risk management strategies of motor carriers who are participating in loss sensitive programs. She has over 35 years of experience in the senior living industry serving in multiple capacities including as a Director of Nursing and Regional Clinical Consultant. Cathy is a presenter to professional organizations of educations regarding best risk management practices. She has extensive experience in clinical and environmental risk assessments, education, mentoring, adverse event mitigation, action plan assistance, mock survey including survey preparedness, consulting services, and high-risk chart reviews.
Leadership Profile With more than 25 years of industry experience, David serves as our Government Contractor Solutions team's National Employee Benefits Practice Lead. He advises clients on company-sponsored employee benefits plans, eligibility, enrollment and education, and voluntary benefits. David is a Davidson College graduate and holds the industry designation of Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® and Registered Health Underwriter®. He is a recipient of the Top Employee Benefits Consultant® designation by Risk and Insurance Magazine. David also authored a section of text in the Entrepreneurs' Handbook of Anticipated Start-Up Expenses pertaining to employee benefits, used in Xavier's Williams College of Business Entrepreneurship Program.

With his considerable insurance and risk management experience in the construction and real estate industries, Gary is AssuredPartners' Construction Vertical Practice Leader. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with a concentration in Marketing & Finance. Gary has taught Seminars for the Society of CIC, guest lectured at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and has authored articles and presented webinars for the Pre-Cast Concrete (PCI) Association and American Subcontractors Association (ASA).
Jack A. Carra is a seasoned insurance professional with 17 years of experience in developing insurance and risk management programs. He holds a BS in marketing from Iowa State University and is a designated Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). Jack serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Business & Industry and is a member of the ABI Advisory Council. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, he spent over five years at a national brokerage firm in various production and management roles. Jamie has extensive experience in case management of lawsuits, developing legal strategies and facilitating communications between client and adjusters.

Leadership Profile With more than 23 years of industry experience, Kevin serves as our Government Contractor Solutions team's National Property & Casualty Practice Lead. He specializes in Commercial Insurance and Risk Management for mid to large organizations that are always striving to perform at a higher level. Kevin is passionate about helping Federal Contractors protect their companies while they complete their mission of supporting and protecting our country. Kristy D. is an RN and holds her master's degree in Healthcare Administration. Kristy has over 15 years of claims management experience with a multi-location skilled provider operating in one of the most litigious states in the country. She has participated in, and provides guidance to senior living operators related to, mediations, arbitrations, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
Kristy James linkedin Claims Director and Clinical Leader Leadership Profile Kristy leads the Senior Living Vertical Litigation and Clinical Consulting Team at AssuredPartners. Her senior living expertise comprises five years in clinical risk management, ten years as a Litigation Manager, and six years as a Claims Director supporting and resolving claims for all lines of coverage for senior living operators. Kristy managed lawsuits for senior living clients in Captives, where she maintained a winning trial history and now specializes in managing catastrophic events and media management.

Leadership Profile Kyp began his career with the Ohio Casualty Group in their Surety Department. In 1997, he joined Dawson Companies to spearhead their construction and surety production. Dawson joined AssuredPartners in 2012, where Kyp now leads AssuredPartners' Construction and Surety vertical. Kyp believes that every client's needs are unique and therefore, each program must be approached with a coordinated plan, structured to achieve a specified set of goals established by the client and our staff. A graduate of Ohio State University with a BSBA in finance, Kyp is an active member of various industry associations, including AGC, NASBP, ABC, ASA and OCA.
Lisa is a Registered Nurse, Certified MDS Nurse Assessment Coordinator, Certified Gerontological Nurse, Infection Control Preventionist, and a Certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care who has provided consulting services to senior living facilities across the United States. She has worked in a variety of capacities in long-term care having been a Director of Nursing, a Regional Facility Consultant, and a Corporate Quality Assurance Risk Management Nurse. Lisa has received national awards, and the Circle of Excellence award from NADONA/LTC and is considered an expert on Long Term Care issues.

In early 2000, Lori worked in the captive arena assisting in the formation of a workers' compensation captive. Over her career, she has held titles of Account Executive, Producer, and currently Captive Director. With a degree in Accounting from Towson University, Reggie possesses an in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and the unique ability to explain and obtain bonding. He is an active member of the National Association of Surety Bond Professionals and he's on the steering committee for AssuredPartners National Surety practice. Reggie has a passion for business development of minority and emerging contractors. Renee is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and is MDS certified. She is a former senior living COO who was responsible for 100 million+ in annual revenue and a staff of more than 1,600 employees in the service lines including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. Renee's vast experience also includes implementing organizational development changes to enable organizations to better respond and adapt to industry and market changes.
Sandra has dedicated over 15 years to serving the residents and staff of various senior living operators. She has held industry positions including Nursing Home Administrator, Human Resource Director, Director of Safety Committee, Business Office Manager, Director of Business Services, and Director of Admissions and Marketing. Sandra has a proven history of assisting facilities in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Leadership Profile Tyson started his career in the insurance industry 15 years ago with Peoples Insurance Agency (PIA) in Waverly, Iowa. During this time, PIA grew to become a national leader in the commercial trucking insurance industry. PIA joined AssuredPartners in May of 2018, where Tyson now serves as agency president. Tyson has extensive knowledge of the many challenges faced by owner operators and fleet managers, and he has used that knowledge to develop a team of sales and service professionals who specialize in meeting the needs of clients of all sizes.
