BnG Mining Group operates and manages world class manganese ore deposits in the states of Pará with a typical ore grade of approximately 46.5% and Bahia where typical low grade high silica material is produced that averages 34%. The shallow open cast mines are located on a large, homogenous ore body which produces a consistent grade of manganese ore with little deviation from product specifications. We are always striving to maximize the potential of our business operations by maintaining our position as the leading low-cost manganese ore producer. The Run of Mine ore (ROM) is processed in primary and secondary crushers and screened to produce lumpy product. A state of the art crushing and screening plant and stockpile management system has been designed with the specific objective of reducing and minimizing fines.
