Alex began his property career with Fairline Corporation in 2003. In 2006 he joined Macquarie Bank, becoming a Transaction Manager with the Real Estate Structured Finance team. Subsequently he was engaged as a transaction / project manager for Urban Pacific, a wholly owned development subsidiary of Macquarie Bank.After a year in Africa with various aid agencies he joined Life Property in 2011, overseeing Financial Management and Administration.

Andrew joined Just Units as Assistant Development Manager and the in late 2018 made the transition to Bridge Real Estate, specializing in all areas of Industrial/Commercial real estate across the beaches, Andrew is an outstanding asset and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
Bill Sumner, who had worked with Allan Bridge, took over as Principal in 1982. Bill Ryder joined Bridge and subsequently became the Principal in 1990. During that period the business grew to become the dominant force in Industrial and Commercial property on the Northern Beaches and drew recognition from the greater Sydney Region for its local knowledge, level of expertise and service.

Narelle is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Justice of the Peace. Her professional life started in Strata Management in 1977 in Manly and then at Bridge Real Estate from 1980.Narelle now heads the Strata Management, Industrial Sales and Leasing, and Asset Management teams working in conjunction to deliver timely and quality service.
