In 2010, Phil Brosnan founded Brosnan with the purpose of "making a positive difference" and the desire to build a sustainable business that would last for generations. Following the Canterbury earthquakes, Phil and his brother, Craig, established an office in Christchurch to assist with the region's rebuild. Between Auckland and Christchurch, our reputation for excellence in building refurbishments and restorations grew. This led to the establishment of an office in Queenstown and, in 2021, we opened our fourth office in Wellington... From our very first project, the remediation of the Mon Desir Apartments in Auckland, it has been our mission to understand and deliver on the unique needs of each client. In the hundreds of projects since, we've learnt that building remediations, refurbishments, restorations, and maintenance can be stressful and disruptive.
