BUCK'S FARM

The farm is home to Buck and his wife Anne. Buck bought the farm when he was 19 years of age. It was originally a dairy farm. Buck planted bananas, mangoes and avocadoes and owned a few head of cattle. In more recent years Buck has diversified, adding to his properties fresh produce... He cultivates and harvests his very own finger limes that are native to the 350 acre farm. His finger limes have become a delicacy in many top restaurants around the country supplying chefs to the likes of Tetsuya (Sydney) and Rene Redzepi (Noma, Denmark).
