Puts emphasis on health and physical fitness and every session begins with exercise, weight training and health and nutrition education. Mentors also provide guidance on education and career goals, money management, career development, eitquette, leadership development, and strong family values. Our mission is to provide children a mentor relationship and group activities that build emotional bonds and enhance social skills, affirm the importance of education, define their identity and sense of self, develop healthy personal relationships and connect with the community around them.
