Georg is a qualified electrical engineer who holds a master´s degree in ropeway management and has worked in the roles of operations director and managing director for 17 years in various ski areas and urban ropeways. His focus is operations and maintenance, as well as control and safety systems. Georg's know-how provides a valuable contribution to optimizing business management aspects and customer focus. As a safety professional, he has a wealth of knowledge in occupational health and safety. Georg speaks German and English.

Gerd has over 40 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, most of them in the ropeway industry. He has been Technical Manager or Operations Manager / Assistant Manager in several ski resorts, but also in some on the most demanding urban cable cars, such as the 3S Ropeway system in Koblenz, Germany, and the Emirates Airline cable car in central London, UK, where he worked with Victor Costa (above) for 4 years. Gerd has been technical responsible for all sorts of cable cars, from state of the art installations to much older system and his input in the technical inspection of the installations on site is invaluable. Gerd speaks German, English, Norwegian and basic Hungarian.
Tino has 36-years of experience in the ropeway industry. He started his career as draftsman and apprentice and has worked several years for a ropeway manufacturer. During this time, he has experienced virtually all scopes of the cable car business, from the hands on job as technician up to designer, project manager and salesman. Tino has led research efforts to develop and implement cable car technologies for the urban and tourist market. At the moment he is involved in projects around the world with CCS, as Technical Specialist, acting as project engineer, commissioning expert or auditor as projects may require. Tino was the leader in the technical commissioning of more than 40 cable cars around the world. Tino is fluent in German and English, he speaks some French and Spanish.

Tomasz is a technical specialist in cableway engineering and holds a PhD title in this specialization. He has worked as a researcher, university lecturer and engineering consultant for last 10 years. During this period he led multidisciplinary researches in topics such as reducing cableway vibrations, implementing new solutions to reduce thermal influence on passengers in cable car cabins and increasing the level of safety of ropeway passengers and skiers at slopes.
His knowledge, obtained through execution of conceptual studies of cable cars and his academic background, is used to create and develop new cable propelled transportation ideas in urban environment and execute rope-line calculations. Tomasz is native Polish speaker, who also speaks fluent English and conversational German.
