Aleisha Brown is counsel in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring group in Hong Kong. Aleisha has experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, having acted for clients in relation to trust disputes, the winding up of offshore companies, limited partnerships and other structures, shareholder, investor and partnership disputes, schemes of arrangement, insurance claims and cross-border estate matters.
Aleisha is a STEP qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and advises individual and corporate clients including trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, and enforcers of STAR trusts on contentious and non-contentious trust matters. Aleisha has been listed as a Rising Leader in the Private Client Global Elite Directory 2021/22.
In 2020 and 2023, Aleisha was recognised by Legal 500 as a "key lawyer" and in 2019 was awarded a Worldwide Excellence Award for achieving the highest pass with distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates (between 1 July and 31 December 2018).
Aleisha spent two years practising in the Cayman Islands before relocating to Hong Kong in 2018. After relocating to Hong Kong, Aleisha was seconded to a major international bank where she assisted the bank's private wealth business on a range of matters relating to the establishment, administration and termination of trusts.

Alexandra is a senior associate in our Corporate Department. She advises on Cayman Islands corporate transactions including series equity finance, asset and structured finance, debt and equity capital markets, restructuring and corporate governance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock market listings and shareholder agreements.
She also advises clients on a range of finance matters, including general secured lending, asset finance (commercial shipping and aviation, superyachts and private aircraft), structured finance (including CLOs), subscription finance, acting for cross-border banks in large debt financing deals, in addition to regulatory matters, including trade and business licensing, bank and trust company licensing and the regulatory and compliance implications of various types of transactions and licenses. Of particular interest to Alexandra are the corporate transactions and financings related to Latin American privately owned businesses and start-ups, and she has assisted in the series financings, listings and general corporate matters for several Brazilian unicorn entities across several industry sectors.

Lily migrated from Toronto, Canada in 1995 to Cayman and joined Campbells in 2013. Lily is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and 100 Women in Hedge Funds. Outside of her work at Campbells, Lily enjoys mentoring interns and is highly involved with the real estate community in Cayman.
Lily is a partner in our Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on property, estate and private client matters. Melanie Crinis graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) and a Masters Degree with Distinction (specialising in commercial litigation) from QUT University in Australia. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1998 and subsequently to the High Court of Australia.
