C & H SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
Cliff Simpson is the Owner of C&H Solutions. He started the company in 2008 with his experience as an ag Diesel mechanic, farmer and oil field mechanical operations manager. Cliff created C&H as a solution based company that offers turnkey packages for all customers. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his three children and wife. In the summer, Cliff enjoys farming with his dad, a family business that has been going for several generations, along with camping and boating with his wife, kids and friends. When the weather turns cold you can find him in the back mountains on his snowmobile.
at C&H Solutions, moved from Arizona to Colorado in 2012 to advance his career building heavy highway projects. Derek has managed & estimated DOT projects in Colorado, Wyoming & Nebraska. Winning CAPA's "Best in Colorado" ride of the year award is one of the accomplishments he is most proud of. Derek spends most of his off time in the mountains hunting wildlife, on a lake fishing, or on the family cattle ranch riding horseback with his wife.

Heather is the Co-Owner of C&H Solutions. Cliff and Heather started the family owned company in 2008. Heather comes for an 11 years background of Management in Healthcare and some I/T before deciding to stay home with her Kids and be more involved with C&H and Cliff Simpson Farms. Heather enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband. Her favorite time of the year is summer where you can find her camping and boating at the lake.
is the C&H Special Services Manager. He started with the company in early 2012. In the years he's been with C&H, he has managed or worked directly with Heavy Construction, Crushing and Screening opps, Steel Fabrication, Specialty Logistics, and Ag Operations. Mac's goal for the Specialty Service's division is to bring his teams experience and knowledge together to provide a service for any customer's needs. When you catch Mac outside of work, he is most likely taking his camper and jeep up into the Rockies to escape the hustle and bustle with his wife and two kids. He also enjoys getting out with the guys on a fishing trip for trout up in the mountains, or bass and croppie down on the planes.
