Andrew Sewnauth joined CDS Monarch in 2005 when he began his career as a direct support professional and has served in numerous capacities since his start. He is the Executive Director of CDS Monarch, with responsibilities for all day-to-day operations as well as administrative functions. As Chief Operating Officer for CDS Life Transitions, he supports all affiliates with strategic relationships and planning.

Ashley will work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure that person-centered services delivered are of the highest quality. She will also direct daily concerns, coordinate operational outcomes, and ensure compliance with all OPWDD standards.

Hired in early 2022, Brian is involved in all facets of CDS affordable housing development, including: preparation of funding applications, community relations and management of construction budgeting. Brian brings years of experience in municipal planning to the affordable housing field. Brian also has related experience in infrastructure funding, transportation equity, and farmland preservation. He earned a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Buffalo.
David Philip began his journey with CDS Monarch by living in the Hardwood Lane IRA for several years before moving into the community into his own apartment in 2013.
David Philip is successfully living in the community with the help of CDS Monarch's community habilitation, supported employment and efforts on his own to progress in his career at Wegmans (where he has been employed for over 6 years).
Mr. Olbrich is a community member and the president of personalized imaging at Kodak Alaris.

Dr. Joel Haas joined iCircle and Warrior Salute Veteran Services in 2018 with more than 30 years of experience as a practicing physician and retired Medical Director from the Rochester V.A. Dr. Haas is responsible for oversight of medical and clinical review, he chairs numerous committees, and he monitors quality improvement activities.

Ms. Lowe is a recent retiree from a career of non-profit management and affordable housing finance and development.
Ms. Lowe is the a retired nonprofit executive. She joined the board in 2016.

Justin Mirando has been with CDS Life Transitions for 15 years. He oversees all facilities for CDS Life Transitions and works closely with CDS Housing for site selection and construction.
Hired as a Project Manager in early 2020, Patrick is involved in the management of CDS affordable housing developments from site acquisition and financial feasibility analysis through award funding and construction completion. Prior to working for CDS, Patrick worked in the public sector as Deputy Director of Development Services for the town of Irondequoit, where he oversaw the Town's Planning, Zoning and Building Departments. Patrick earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Cornell University.

In this senior executive role, reporting directly to the CEO, Richard has the responsibilities for financial operations across CDSLT, including iCircle. Richard comes to CDS after dedicating more than a decade of service as a board member and most recently as the Board Chair for CDSLT. Richard is a seasoned financial executive with a proven commitment to CDS Life Transitions' perennial success and the individuals the organization serves.

Robin has over 28 years' experience in Affordable Housing; prior to working at CDS Housing she held the following positions, Vice President of Housing, Director of Asset Management, Project Manager and Director of Compliance. Robin has a degree in business from Bryant & Stratton and holds the following designations: CPM, HCCP, C3P, COS, Star, Shining Star and LRM. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed real estate salesperson and Notary in the State of New York. Robin was named 2013 CPM of the Year by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Rochester Western New York Chapter 58. She has vast experience working with agencies in multiple states such as New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also brings experience in compliance programs such as HUD, DHCR, Tax Credit, Rural Development and HOME. Her commitment is results driven while maintaining honesty, integrity and always achieving the customers goals.
Ms. Travis is a family member whose daughter lives at CDS Monarch's Lime Rock Lane residence.
