Clark IP Founder, David Clark, is a registered Australian and NZ Patent Attorney with 30 years experience working in private practice Intellectual Property. Having worked as an engineer and inventor, he brings a unique mix of practical experience and technical expertise to his patent, registered design, and trade mark practice.
David complements his patent expertise with a strong business acumen. Having successfully managed patent practices at a major first tier law firm and a significant IP firm, he is able to provide a product which is not only technically accurate but also commercially meaningful and relevant. This is achieved by listening to the client as the technology expert and working collaboratively to translate this information into quality work.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical and Materials), Registered Australian Patent Attorney, Registered NZ Patent Attorney
Deborah has been in Senior IP support roles for over 20 years.
Deborah's experience covers a range of administrative and paralegal tasks including preparing and filing patent, design and trade mark applications with IP Australia and IPONZ as well as preparing and filing international applications with the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
