Clifton House Residential Care Home - At Clifton House we are aware that residents have individual needs and requirements. Please feel free to contact us for an appointment when you can view the care home... We provide Residential, Dementia & Day Care in a safe, supportive and friendly environment, in which residents and their family members are encouraged to be actively involved in their care, continue with any personal interests and be invited to have a say in the running of the Home... We have skilled, dedicated and qualified Staff - All care staff are either qualified to a minimum of Health & Social Care Level 2 or working towards the qualification, with most Senior staff qualified to Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards that qualification. We have a training programme in place and staff are encouraged to take up any additional training in any areas in which they have a special interest. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to keep residents comfortable and content.
