Marshal Arsenault is a retired Sergeant with the State Capitol Police Department, having worked there from March of 1988 through 2009. He also worked as a Background Investigator for a private firm. Marshal Arsenault was sworn in as a Connecticut State Marshal by Governor M. Jodi Rell in 2009. His previous experience in law enforcement and as a private investigator provides a wealth of knowledge, not only in the service of process, but in finding the person you are looking to have served.
