Consumer-centered monitoring is our new framework for extracting relevant information from consumers on social media platforms. Our goal is to create consumer deep profiles, a continuously growing list of their preferences based on what they share everywhere... There are hundreds of available filters and an infinite number of other potential ones that will help your brand's positioning. We took aside the top new fast food brands entering the USA market and used Buzzmonitor to select 1000 users that mentioned or checked in at each of the 9 restaurants in the last 3 months. With this social big data we can provide insights based on hundreds of different cross-checks carried out with the 4Ps of Insights methodology. Who are the people consuming these fast food brand and what are their other preferences? Buzzmonitor collected the last 200 tweets of our 9,000 selected users. By doing this we created a database of 200,000 tweets for each of the 9 brands, with a total sum of 1,800,000 tweets..
