Brett Findley - CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Brett is overall responsible for providing advantaged business process' and IT services to the CONA Services bottler members at the right costs. Through his leadership and push for collaboration with our bottlers, he helps our teams elevate the U.S. bottling business through introducing state-of-the-art technology. He also provides oversight for how services are defined, performed, and measured for the full organization, and ensures we provide a suite of value-add and cost-effective services to support our customer's use of the CONA IT platform. Brett has 25+ years of IT leadership and consulting experience including 21 years supporting Coca-Cola bottlers in the US and overseas. Some fun facts about Brett are that he lives in Atlanta with his wife Nicole and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever he can.

Brett Frankenberg

Brett Frankenberg is an experienced End to End Supply Chain executive. He has spent 20+ years helping Coca-Cola Consolidated build teams that produce strong results in the food and beverage industry. He has held many roles throughout his time, gaining skills in the area of supply chain, procurement, logistics, and more. Frankenberg works hard to ensure Coca-Cola Consolidated performs well in areas of operations, sales, and management.

David McClure

David leads the Data and BI Teams at CONA Services. He continues the work of evolving CONA's Data strategy and leveraging Snowflake asset. David has over 10 years' experience in Identity Management, ERP and Application Security, and ITG controls in both the Coca-Cola system and in consulting services. He is skilled in Business Process, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Data Privacy, Security Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Prevention, Identity and Access Management, Business Intelligence, Gen AI, Advanced Analytics, Master Data Management, IT Organizational Change Management, Contract Negotiation, Product Lifecycle Development, and IT Strategy. Outside of work, David enjoys playing the guitar, learning new technologies, and relaxing around Atlanta with his wife and dogs.

Julie Simmons

Simmons is accountable for responsibilities including operational and IT. Prior to joining Swire, she held multiple leadership positions at different technology companies including, Contravent, Omnicom, MarketStar, and more. She was even a co-founder of ForgeDX, a SaaS digital transformation and customer experience company that accelerates the adoption of technologies through immersive digital simulations. Julie's experience includes building operational infrastructure, identifying IT solutions, and overall leading her teams in providing strategic plans and business strategies. In addition to her IT leadership, she is also proudly co-chairs the DEI Advisory Council at Swire Coca-Cola.

Leigh Crum

Leigh Crum is responsible for the ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages information technology organization which includes local infrastructure and applications. She has been with ABARTA since 2019. Petra Romano

Petra leads the Enabling Functions Product teams at CONA Services. She is responsible, with her teams, for providing solutions and services to the CONA bottlers across multiple functional areas including Finance, Controlling, Procurement and Human Resources. Since 2006, Petra has held various roles of increasing responsibility spanning from leading Strategic Business Planning, Engagement Management, Test Management and training through Business Process Management in her Coke One tenure. Her role involved the planning and design of solution/product and service roadmaps - the CONA Services Strategic Business Plan, as well as spearheading the start of strategic initiatives. Her IT leadership and international consulting experience span across three different continents. Petra, a native Austrian, enjoys spending time with her family, best of all when skiing.

Samantha Mitchell

Prior to joining CONA in 2020, Sam was the Chief Digital Officer at Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) where she led similar efforts to digitize processes and systems across the APAC region. This experience positions her to usher continued growth in digital capabilities adoption in the North American market. The digitization of system-wide transactions and interactions remains critical to drive profitable growth for years to come. In this role, Sam spearheads the Digital Transformation through collaboration and close partnership with both CONA and Mainstream Bottlers and NAOU Digital Marketing to achieve our collective long range business plans. Throughout her extensive 18-year career, Sam has served multiple leadership positions which have helped her gain small business, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience in senior and executive roles. She has worked with financial accounting, supply chain operations, IT, and sales strategy. All which have led her to be a self-driven and innovative professional that instills a high-performance culture in any environment. Outside of CONA, Sam enjoys spending time with her three adult children and her grandson. She also loves the outdoors, staying active, traveling, and relaxing with a glass of wine.

Saurabh Parikh

Saurabh leads CONA's Customer and Commercial portfolio and the Innovation program, including Data Science. Along with his team, he is responsible for driving Innovation to deliver Business Improvements, delivering optimal Architecture to support an efficient CONA IT environment, and connecting insight to action in the Commercial area. Saurabh joined The Coca-Cola family in 2009 and has held several IT positions with increasing responsibilities, helping develop and deploy best-practices based solutions for Coca-Cola Bottlers globally. Prior to Coca-Cola, Saurabh worked as an IT trainer, IT Executive and ERP implementation specialist in education, telecommunications, consulting, and services industries. In his spare time, Saurabh enjoys spending time with friends and family, binge watching Netflix, reading, and being outdoors.

Scott Armstrong - CFO

Scott works hard to lead the team that provides General Finance, Procurement, Legal and Human Resources services for the CONA Services LLC organization, as well as providing overall general administrative support for the internal CONA team. Scott and his team are responsible for the daily execution of all CONA Finance, HR and Legal activities, as well as strategic Financial and HR long-term planning. Scott has over 28 years of global experience in the Finance, HR and Information Technology areas including 25 years with The Coca-Cola Company and has lived and worked in both the United States and Europe. In his spare time, Scott enjoys hiking with his wife and three college-aged children in the north Georgia mountains. He also enjoys playing tennis and supporting church related activities.

Sean Campbell

Beginning in April 2023, Sean took leadership of the full security team as broader Leadership Team changes were made. From there, Sean has led the security agenda, ran the IT Risk Committee, represented CONA in the SITB Security sub-team, and took ownership of the Security Operations Center process. He has also worked closely with the Coca-Cola Bottling community on shared security opportunities and projects. In 2014, Sean began his journey with CONA. Since then, Sean has played a key role in establishing the cybersecurity team, organizing, and maintaining cybersecurity standards across CONA and our Bottlers, enabling the use of Azure AD which has led to the wide adoption of SSO and MFA in CONA and at Bottlers, leading the SOC audits, and implementing a shared cost structure for several security solutions, driving Bottler adoption and tremendous cost savings. Before joining CONA, Sean worked in various roles within The Coca-Cola Company, Fiserv, and KPMG. Sean completed his studies at the University of Georgia, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree. When not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Claire and their children, Ian, and Gwyneth.

Sean McGorry

Sean McGorry is the Chief Financial Officer for Liberty Coca-Beverages. He joined Liberty Coca-Cola in October 2017 as the Controller and Treasurer to help start-up Liberty's corporate finance and accounting teams. Prior to joining Liberty, he spent several years on NRG Energy's Corporate Treasury team managing various corporate finance and M&A projects. Sean received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Bucknell University. He started his career at Deloitte where he earned his CPA license and spent 6 years between Audit and Financial Advisory services.

Simon Parkinson

Mr. Parkinson has strategic and operational responsibility for all aspects of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages information technology systems and capabilities. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the information technology field for more than 25 years throughout the Coca-Cola System, 10 years of which was based in Europe. He also worked for IBM UK in the field of advanced manufacturing technology projects. Simon's' experience includes implementations of large ERP platforms, application development, business process re-engineering, governance and project and change management.

Steve Priestley

Since joining the Coke One team in 2013, Steve has served in leadership roles as Deployment Director and VP of Customer Solutions. In his current role, Steve is leading work to capture opportunities to expand CONA service offerings and create incremental value for our bottlers and customers. He has over 25 years of business and systems integration experience in the consumer goods industry. He has managed and led a variety of projects from large ERP implementations and business performance improvement programs to systems integration of innovative, leading edge IT investments to deliver immediate and sustainable value.

Terrence Gee

Mr. Gee has strategic and operational responsibility for the information technology functions of Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC. As part of the organization's leadership team, he is also responsible digital innovation and new business integration. Prior to joining CCBF, Mr. Gee spent 30 years in the management and technology consulting field, including 22 years at Accenture. His experience includes IT strategy development, ERP implementations, and post-M&A integration.
