35 years ago, Tom Douglas and Jackie Cross opened the Dahlia Lounge, a restaurant that helped define Northwest cuisine, marrying an innovative and elevated menu with warm, informal hospitality. Over the years, the Company grew to include multiple restaurants, a farm, a catering division, and a product line, including three best-selling cookbooks, but the heart of the business stayed the same - deliciousness served with graciousness...
