DYNAMIX - Key Persons
Having graduated from University with an accounting degree Ash has worked in practice for the past 15 years.
He joined Dynamix in November 2021 and aims to progress to Tax Manager where one day he will manage his own portfolio of clients.
Ash is an experienced Tax Advisor and assists individuals and businesses in minimising their tax liability.
Claire is a Senior Accountant within our Hospitality, Property and Retail Team and has a wealth of accounting experience having worked in accounting firms both locally and in the city. She has also worked in industry but returned to practice at Dynamix in August 2016 as she enjoys working with a variety of different clients. As a Senior Bookkeeper, her role is to prepare Management Accounts and VAT Returns and to give advice and support on bookkeeping and VAT.
She is very eager and takes to tasks with enthusiasm and has an exceptional talent for forensic accounting, and has excellent computer skills with vast experience using Excel and Sage and Xero Accounting packages.
Her many hobbies include amateur dramatics, playing the piano for local singing groups, being a church organist and watching sport.
Lizzie recently joined as a bookkeeper for the Hospitality, Property and Retail sector with her main role being to prepare VAT Returns, Management Accounts and help both her team and clients as much as she can.
Outside of Dynamix Lizzie helps out at her local pub where she enjoys a drink or two! Lizzie is a keen baker and is part of a baking group, her signature bakes are Iced Buns and a Bakewell Tart which she bakes for her friends, family and even sometimes her work colleagues.
In her spare time Lizzie enjoys playing badminton, cocktails and long country walks with her partner and her cute little dog Cilla
Henna joined Dynamix in 2021 and is now the senior accountant for the professional Services and SME team. She has had four years of both practice and industry experience following her qualification at ACCA level.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys travelling and keeping fit.
Laura-Jane has been in practice since 2004 where she started as an apprentice accountant and worked her way up through all levels of accountancy, tax and advisory, including some specialist areas such as solicitor audits, to where she is today. Laura-Jane started with Dynamix in August of 2021 and now heads up our Hospitality, Property and Retail team.
Laura-Jane has a keen eye for detail and a pro-active approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions. She has strong organisational and planning skills ensuring clients needs are met and delivered with excellence.
In her spare time Laura-Jane can be found exploring the countryside and photography or sat enjoying a coffee with her daughters solving logic puzzles.

Naz Khaliq is the Managing Partner of the firm, with various responsibilities to ensure the business is operating in the right way, and to ensure good working relationships with the teams based in each office.
In addition to this Naz provides generic tax advice and his main specialism is to head up our Coaching & Mentoring and Business Consultancy Services.
His hobbies include attending Canterbury Rugby Club and Kent Cricket Club, Sandwich Town Cricket Club and Highland Court Cricket Club to support his local teams

Nikki joined Dynamix in November 2020 as an Administrator and assists our Hospitality, Property and Retail team, wanting to work closer to home after working for various law firms in London for the last 30 year.
She lives with her husband in Herne Bay. In her spare time she enjoys travel, especially to the USA, walking and spending time with her family.
Rania graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Accounting Section, Alexandria University, Egypt.
She joined Dynamix in 2018, as a permanent part-time Bookkeeper and payroll Assistant.
Rania has experience in administration and has worked as head of department in a shipping company where she was responsible for correspondence with abroad, daily reports and arranging recruitments and signing off the ships.
She is married with two children. She loves travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
For the last 5 years, Rashmi has worked as an external bookkeeper at Dynamix with Hospitality, IT Providers and Trade clients. She handles onsite and office-based bookkeeping, keeping all client records up to date, filing VAT Returns and preparing management accounts. Rashmi is proficient in various accounting software including Sage, Kashflow and Xero.
Previously, Rashmi worked as the Head of Accounts for a London business before moving to Leicester to work as an accountant at YMCA. Shortly after she relocated to Kent she worked as a Financial Accountant for Pfizer Social Club and then spent some time working for her family's business in Kenya before joining Dynamix. Rashmi joined Dynamix as an internal bookkeeper and then became an external/internal bookkeeper.
In her spare time, she loves watching cricket and going travelling abroad to explore the globe. She also likes growing fresh vegetables in her garden, cooking and baking.

Shaun is Head of Payroll at Dynamix and has worked within the accountancy industry for 10 years and has currently been with Dynamix since 2019. Shaun is AAT qualified as well as being an efficient and proactive qualified Payroller.
Shaun is a local person having lived in Herne Bay all his life. He has a passion for football and West Ham United in particular, where he is a season ticket holder.
As well as watching football, he enjoys playing Sunday league football, cooking and spending time with his family
